I think in synastry it just mean that Venus unconditionally adores the angle. (At least, that's the only clear thing I've been able to discern.)

I always tend to overrate a Venus-angle contact.
Indeed, there are many difficulties in their synastry such as the Moon-Mars-Pluto and Neptune-angle plus Mars-Saturn-Pluto interchanges. And her Sun's square to his Sun-Mercury-Saturn.

I'm tending to be fond of Uranus today. The coolest part of your new SSR will be Uranus on your Mercury-Uranus. Additionally, transiting Jupiter has nothing wrong with it and is about 4° from your Moon. This gives us something to work with.

Normally, I'd advise (hands down, no need to rethink it) just stay away from a Saturn-Neptune like this. You just have to get the time of the SSR right. TMSA is more accurate than SF and gives October 25, 2023, 15:42:36 UT. Also, I don't know how SF's index lists the nation of Georgia (it keeps giving me the U.S. state and resists finding Tbilisi in any form), so you may want to put in the local ...

This is wonderful. And helps in making decisions of where to travel.
Chavez sounds great. The only thing is, we have been to this area quite a few times and it is a little hard to get there as it is a remote town.
