Mars has entered Cancer. Shall we watch for manifestations of this?

First impression: Children in captivity will heat up.
I’ll ask the obvious question: Why the association with children?

Thanks, Steve.

I think I know enough now to have a decent grasp. I’ll have to buy the book from here on out. COSI is en route at the moment.

Here is the link I found with a search. It says "This item might not exist or is no longer available." I think this was the same problem I had last time.

I’d never paid attention to Mars in Virgo before. Ahem. Nor the loose Mars - Uranus conjunction. Nor the Mercury octiles. All seem dead on. Jim, is this made from the Word document list? I want to say I tried to access that but couldn’t. Is that still available? I like it better than the SF version,...

Uranus - "Forges ideal from experience of evidence"?

In the description of foreground Uranus in various places, it says basically, "Creates Fantasy (forges an ideal) from experience of Evidence."

I was wondering, could someone could elaborate on this concept, please?

Thank you.

Yeah.. Wow.. So fitting. I'll confess it makes me happy to see him so easily laid bare.

On another note, though, the mundoscope really makes a huge difference on this one.

Re: The East Point and the Equatorial Ascendant?

Yes... that was a potential SSR relocation almost gone horribly awry. We have since settled on putting Jupiter on the angle instead, with none of the lurking ominous.

Thanks for the help in understanding that.

Re: The East Point and the Equatorial Ascendant?

So, if I'm hearing you correctly, there are, in practice, two minor angles there, both ways of measuring the East Point: The Ecliptical East Point, "The [ecliptical] square to the MC;" and the RA East Point, the so-called "EQ". So I have the following chart. I see the "EQ," so now in Solar Fire, I n...

The East Point and the Equatorial Ascendant?

I'm having a hard time understanding the "Equatorial Ascendant" in Solar Fire. I know it's different from the East Point, which is 90° from the Midheaven. I know the East Point is a valid minor angle. Is the EQ *another* similar, valid one? And isn't there something to the affect that these need to ...
