A week of transits to heavy conjunction degrees

Post by Jim Eshelman » Mon Jun 22, 2020 4:28 pm

This week, three major transits occur to the degrees of the most recent major planet conjunctions.

Tomorrow, June 23, transiting Jupiter conjoins the degree of the last Jupiter-Pluto conjunction, which was 29°52' Sagittarius on April 4, 2020. I'm not sure how we might distinguish that from the current Jupiter-Pluto conjunction by itself, but we'll see. Also tomorrow, transiting Mars conjoins the degree of the last Jupiter-Uranus conjunction, which occurred at 2°09' Pisces on January 4, 2011.

Then, the next day, on Wednesday, June 24, the symbolism flips somewhat: Transiting Mars squares the last Saturn-Uranus conjunction, which occurred over 30 years ago at 3°14' Sagittarius on October 18, 1988.
