Jacksonville video game tournament shooting

Three people (including the shooter by suicide) are reported dead and another 10 injured from mass shootings at a video game tournament in a Jacksonville, FL shopping mall. Reportedly the killer was a 24-year-old tournament competitor who lost and was retaliating.

I'm trying to get a time. So far I know that the sheriff's office told people to stay away at 2:13 PM, so I'm guessing the shooting started about 2:00 PM. (I see Neptune was nearing IC at 2 PM, so the half hour or so was going to reflect local panic.) UPDATE: Wikipedia is no stating "about 1:30 PM" as the time the shooting started.
