115 block of North Duke Street
A gas explosion (from a gas leak) in Durham, NC killed a man this morning. (Several more were injured and they're not sure they've found all the bodies yet.) UPDATE: Two deaths (the owner of the store where the explosion occurred), and 25 other injuries requiring treatment.
Half a city block was destroyed. An office across the street was reported "blown out."
The Arilunar is phenomenal! I've never seen a chart quite like this: All three malefics are converged on three separate reference circles all at exact right angles to each other to roughly the MINUTE of arc: Mars is 0°02' from the horizon, Neptune 0°02' from the meridian, and Saturn 0°01' from the prime vertical. - When I can get the exact location coordinates, we can see just how the MINUTES of arc are shaved on this.
NOTE: I now find this is listed as the Brightleaf Square section of Durham. Google Earth gives this as 36N00'01", 78W54'36", so it was within about a minute of longitude and latitude of what I used below (36N00, 78W54). That places Mars 0°02' below Dsc, Neptune 0°02' past IC, Saturn 0°01' before Av - just the same.
