Nashville's pandemic-emptied streets were shaken this morning by what police are calling "an intentional explosion" involving a vehicle (code for "car bomb," it seems). Though there are no casualties, this is one of the most stand-out events of its kind in a year of lockdown nearly bereft of such things, and so deserves examination.
At least three people were injured. "Dozens of buildings" were damaged (it seems it is mostly broken glass damage). Details are still coming in. It may have been a police ambush since they were called to the location with reports of shots fired but arrived at a suspicious-looking parked RV and called in the bomb squad before the RV exploded at 6:30 AM. One witness, who owned the home in front of which the RV was parked, said, "Everything on the street was on fire" including cars that were "fully engulfed."
CNN gave 6:30. Wikipedia is listing 6:29 so probably had a source. The location is given as "on 2nd Avenue between Church and Commerce," so I've taken the middle of that block for the coordinates which, in any case, is near enough the hub of Nashville that general coordinates are good enough.
For the site of the year's primary explosion, the Capsolar opens with Uranus rising - and even Mercury angular for the RV. Today's Mars-Pluto square in space will get credit for the timing by most astrologers, and the first Mars-Pluto in the picture is the angular square in Nashville's Libsolar. Mars-Pluto then came to the angles again in the Week chart, the Arilunar. Saturn's transit and, more broadly, the Jupiter-Saturn conjunction's transit) to Capsolar MC picked the place. (As a curio, the event chart had a mundane Mercury-Mars square 38'.) Various markers suggest this explosion was a political statement. Also, there's just enough Jupiter to reflect that this is an event without casualties. - I do wish Mars were more overtly present. (The main timing seems to have been the Arilunar, once everything else was lined up right.)
UPDATE: The bomber died in the blast.

Re: Nashville car bomb explosion
The RV, we now know, was parked at 1:22 AM. That's a much more interesting chart than the one for the explosion:Jim Eshelman wrote: Fri Dec 25, 2020 9:39 am December 25, 2020, 6:29 AM, Nashville, TN 36N09'57'', 86W47'04''

Mundanely, Mars is 1°40' before Dsc and Pluto 1°49' past IC. That is, their angularity averages 0°04' from the angles (16 seconds of time, i.e., exactly on the money).
I wish there were more obviously strong and afflicted Mercury. Besides the RV theme, the explosion was right in front of an AT&T center and took out regional communication - phone and Internet - some of which continues today. This in turn temporarily shut down the airport. Mercury themes abound.
