Haiti tanker explosion [Explosion]

A tanker transporting 9,000 gallons of gasoline exploded in Haiti's second largest city, killing at least 62 people.

The tanker swerved to avoid hitting a motorcycle and then overturned. It was leaking gas. The usual third world crowd crowded around it to grab some of the gas and it exploded, causing "extensive" fire damage to the city in addition to the deaths and dozens of injuries. Ambulances took up to five hours to arrive. Many homes will need to be demolished.

News reports list this as "Monday" (i.e., Dec 13) but Wikipedia gives a time of 0:00 on the 14th (which would be called "Monday night"). Exact time doesn't matter much for our purposes, but I'll use this for now.

(Unless Sedna ends up connected somehow to this type of event, we have indications slightly poor, i.e., Jupiter slightly strongert than Mars. But Moon aspects are quite appropriate. so I'll rate it a break-even.)
