Jennifer's PSSR (check PSSR blog) is an outstanding example of Locality
over Birth Place regarding the angular planets for he Oscar win.

Whereas the Lunar Return of 19 Feb 2013 shows Birth Place over Locality
(in this particular instance) Locality Lunar (Hollywood Ca) has Natal Saturn 25Sag13
conj. MC 27Sag30 and Tr. Saturn setting in the 7th house.

For the Birth Place Lunar we see MC/29Cap33, Tr.Venus 27Cap08 opp. N.Sun 28Can05
along with the Moon rising/angular in the 1st House all indicative of her fabulous win.

BTW., her SSR for Hollywood was quite an entertainment breakthrough:

12°19' Sag Pluto
12°22' Sag Venus
12°50' Pis MC
13°12' Pis Uranus

I didn't like so well the partile Mars-Saturn conjunct, 2° from square a moderately rising Moon... but the above is spectacular.

On the SLRs... I agree, this is a lousy SLR for locale, a great one for birthplace. Other than the possibility of (folks at home were deliriously happy," I'm not clear why this should have been.

For Hollywood, the chart is quite bad, with both transiting and natal Saturn closely angular. For Louisville, though, it places Venus right at MC, Mercury square Ascendant, luminaries moderately foreground, her Sun on IC opposed by Venus.

Perhaps Jennifer was in Kentucky for her SLR prior to Oscar win.

Fagan, in one of his Solunars articles proposed that Solar/Lunar returns might be
valid for the month in the locale where they occurred regardless of
the native's current location. Jury is still out!

Happily got a -AA- birth time rating on my favorite female actor. You Go Girl!
