Mark Conditt was born June 16, 1994 in Austin, Tx according to Austin astrologer Naomi Bennett. She gives a birth time of 6 AM, but without source; I've written her to ask for more.

She also noted the time he was killed on March 21, 2018 (near Round Rock, Tx) as 4 AM, but says it isn't exact. It seems to be based on police tweets that they had apprehended him (dead). I had seen news reports saying approximately 2 AM, which (given her source) I think is likely closer to the real time.

I place this here for whoever wants to look at it. If I have a couple of minutes, I'll dig a little deeper.

This birth time gives Sun and Pluto moderately foreground, with Gemini-Leo luminaries and Mars in Aries. The closest luminary aspect is Moon trine Mars and Neptune from their midpoint. (Mars and Neptune are in very wide trine.)

Transiting Neptune been conjunct his Saturn for a while, but was almost 2° past - I would expect to find these on return angles. Saturn opposed his Mercury recently, and was 18' past yesterday, but Jupiter was also 14' on the other side from exact octile. Mars was octile his Mars (41' when he blew himself up). Seeming to confirm the 2 AM approximate time, transiting Moon conjoined his natal Mars exactly.

For this birth time, his SSR (last June) has Uranus the minute of EP plus Venus rising; and a Moon-Neptune conjunction. This puts Moon in partile conjunction with natal Saturn, playing up the very troubled state of mind that is reported of him. Natal Uranus-Neptune straddle MC, and his Jupiter sets: We have to learn more before I can attach meaning to this.

His March 2 SLR - occurring the date of the first bombing - sees to IMO confirm the time, since his natal Mars is rising and his Pluto probably near Dsc. (I haven't calculated it finely.) Transiting Jupiter is setting quite closely, and natal Jupiter minutes from square MC: I think we can infer that he felt he had succeeded in whatever his goal was.

His Demi-SLR for March 16 showed his downfall: Transiting Saturn is minutes from IC, 06' from opposite his Mercury and tied into other planets. Notice that what tripped him up (and made him identifiable) was Fed Ex (postal) shipping information and the ability to track his truck - full-blown Mercury things.

So, I'm inclined to think the time is pretty exact, even for a round-hour. If anything, it might be slightly later, since SNQ MC is 2° short of transiting Mars. Similarly, advancing SQ angles 2° brings quotidian Asc to SSR Pluto.
