John R. Bolton

John R. Bolton is the new designated National Security Advisor. I have nothing of substance to say about him that would be a compliment.

He was born November 20, 1948 in Baltimore, MD, hour unknown, with Sun and Moon in Scorpio and Gemini, respectively, and Mars in Sagittarius. I find the midday Moon-Neptune square credible (separating < 3° at noon, which would suggest a birth in approximately the first half of the day. (I can't tell if his Moon-Mercury trine is credible since Moon is in Gemini.)

Scorpio and Gemini are obvious enough. Mars in Sagittarius match his passionate ideological bent. Mercury square Pluto stands out.

Currently, there are no major transits to his untimed chart, though Mars has just conjoined his Jupiter. I do note that on his last birthday transiting Saturn exact partile conjunct his natal Mars, and Mars was partile square Pluto in the SSR.
