At least 64 dead (41 are children), 79 more injured. Winter Cherry (Zimnyaya Vishnya) shopping mall, fire broke out atop a four-story building in the cinema hall (two of three buildings in the cinema area collapsed). Children are surely among the casualties.

The Crime Russia web site says it started around 4 PM. Other sites hadn't listed a time, and gave me the impression (from various scraps of data) that it was closer to noon; but since this is the only actual stated time I can find, I'll go with it for now.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation, with only preliminary suspicions.

CAPSOLAR: The Moon-Mercury-Saturn is at MC, Mercury & Moon foreground. Most angular, though, is Uranus rising. Moon-Mercury gets a mundane foreground square to Neptune. +2 at least.
