The Panmunjom Declaration for Peace, Prosperity and Unification of the Korean Peninsula was adopted between leaders of North Korea and South Korea on April 27, 2018, during the 2018 inter-Korean Summit.

Neville Lang, astrologer (see link below) provides a birth of North Korea (Pyongyang) at 9/9/1948 17:27 pm. This chart is very interesting when we look at the transits on the day (4/27/2018) for the Panmunjom Declaration for Peace between North and South Korea.

The Korean War start and the armistice signing are covered in Sidereal Mundane Astrology. Here are the data, in case anyone wants to explore them as stand-alone charts.

The Korean War began as North Korean troops crossed thje 38th parallel June 25, 1950, at dawn. Though we know the latutude (38N00), we don't know the longitude of exactly where they crossed. I've run this chart from Pyongyang, since that's where the execution of the event occurred. Sun broke the horion ast 5:12 AM (almost the exact minute of the Liblunar that shows the event well).


The armistice, which extricated the U.S. from the war in most practical senses (and looks like a peace chart for here) but formalized a perpetual state of war for the Koreas (where it looks like a declaration of war event) was signed July 27, 1953, 10:00 AM, Panmunjo, North Korea.

In the North Korea chart, which I rectified years ago for 9 September 1948 17.26.45 JST Asc 14Aqu21', transit Venus at the time of the summit was on IC with orb of 2'!
Converse transit Venus and converse transit Jupiter exactly on Asc, converse Mars conjunct Jupiter 19'
For South Korea chart, rectified to 15 August 1948 12.03.50 JST Asc 7Sco37'. Progressed Moon conjunct Venus orb 6'! and progressed Desc conjunct progressed Uranus orb 0'!
In the lunar return Venus on Asc and in the converse lunar return Jupiter on IC.

It's so much easier Sidereally <vbg>. The Capsolar has Jupiter in Libra on an angle exactly. When transiting Jupiter came back to conjoin Capsolar Jupiter, I predicted diplomatic success (and other Jupiterian things) in those locations where Jupiter was angular in the Capsolar. The historic meeting of N & S Korean leaders occurred right on schedule.

Exactly Jim, excellent points! And since I use the North Node in my work, take a look at Pyongyang 2018 Capsolar Node.
Below is link to Pyongyang, North Korea 2018 Capsolar, their Master Chart of the year, which I just looked at the symbolism. In my work, I use the North Node as useful symbolism. There is a striking feature of Pyongyang’s 2018 Capsolar, and that is North Node falls partile on the Capsolar MC/IC axis. Ebertin from his COSI says about North Node-MC symbolic effects:

Psychological Correspondence: The ability to get along well with others.
Probable manifestation: + Agreeable contacts with others, profitable team work. The sharing of the same interest with other people.
