Lincoln Memorial dedication

Post by Jim Eshelman »

On May 30, 1922 the new Lincoln Memorial was dedicated. On seeing this news piece, I wondered if there was a concentration of solar focus on Washington, DC for the day - this being what experience to date with Sidereal Mundane Astrology says should be there when the center of focus is on the current president or a comparable national or cultural hero. That seemed the right tone.

Sure enough, CapQ MC at 1° Aries at noon was square Capsolar Sun, and transiting Sun crossed Capsolar IC. These were the only indications distinguishing the day.

It's hardly dramatic, seems minor and unexciting, except is is the one distinctive planet theme we would expect and it's the one distinctive thing that shows up.

It is sometimes hard for me not to get bored seeing exactly what we expect (or something very close) nearly always when we go looking for it, so please forgive my making such a big deal of the double solar crossings for the day Abraham Lincoln's national monument was dedicated :)

Bingo! Very 8-) synchronicity with SMA.
