2021 Inauguration

Post by Jim Eshelman »

It's obviously way too earl to start handicapping the 2020 presidential election. But I found something interesting.

For the 2021 inauguration, Mars is 11°38', Uranus 11°40' Aries. Not only this, but they are prominently placed: The mundoscope reveals a lot more than the horoscope (e.g., Moon looks 15° above Ascendant; it's more like 5°). Moon-Mars-Uranus are in triple mundane conjunction just above Ascendant, mundane square Pluto near MC. Jupiter is 12°21' Capricorn.

So here is my prediction: Whoever wins the 2020 election and is inaugurated January 20, 2021, noon, at the Capitol Building, will have something very significant (probably personal points, but not necessarily) at 11-12° Rim.

Start looking to see whose chart has this!

(First hints: Trump has nothing there. Pence has noting quite there unless it's an angle. Biden has nothing there. Sanders has nothing there. Nor do Warren, unless it's an angle, or Harris.)

If Cory Booker was born early in the day, his Sun would be within orb of this, but it's a stretch.

BTW, I also project that it will be someone with at least one luminary in Taurus or Scorpio. (If Pence is president by then, they could have a Gemini or Sagittarius luminary also.) Biden passes that test.

Who else shall we check?

John Kasich has Mars at that degree: At noon on his birth date, Mars was 11°59' Libra. He doesn't pass the luminary sign test unless Pence is president (he's Aries-Sagittarius).

Rubio has nothing there, but easily passes the luminary test. Bloomberg has nothing there. Ditto Julian Castro, Tim Kaine, Mark Warner. Paul Ryan has Neptune just within orb of Mars-Uranus, but doesn't fit the sign profile.

Kirstin Gillibrand has nothing there unless it's an angle. As a Scorpio, she passes the sign test.

I'm sure Hillary isn't running but, for the record, she has nothing in those degrees and no luminary in the right signs.

Ah, wait! (Interesting, don't know how realistic.) Mitt Romney (who passes the sign test) has MC 12°48' Capricorn! Transiting Jupiter is 28' from his natal MC at inauguration. Uranus 1°00' square his MC, and Saturn is opposite his natal Saturn 0°30', often a destiny moment.

And, of course, his Scorpio Mars "qualifies."

Could it really be Romney???

Kamala Harris? (Edit: Oops, saw you already checked her)

If Democrats take back the house in November, Republicans will be looking down the barrel at a Trump/Pence impeachment, which would result in incoming Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, becoming president. In which case they might decide it would be better to impeach while they have control of the house.

Which could result in a Paul Ryan presidency. Ryan then appoints his former running mate as VP, and Mitt Romney runs in 2020.

It's a bit far-fetched, but then again, so is reality these days.

That was one of my theories I'd forgotten. It would also explain Romney's ability to run for Prez so soon after being elected to the Senate and not have Utah feel betrayed.

Nancy BTW has nothing in these degrees.

But if Ryan became president, the rules would change on successor's luminary signs. We'd expect someone with a Cancer or Capricorn luminary.

Andrew Cuomo is a Scorpio, which has the sign factors but (unless it's an angle) he has nothing at the degree I'm watching.

Of course people with their angles at these degrees are worth checking. If Warren has her angles there she has very important planetary line-up on or square her angles at the day, which is pretty significant.

Moon-Mars-Uranus mundane conjunction tells us that it is "surprising" and with Pluto involved in a square to those it tells us it is also going to be transformative.

It's not astrologically based, but this is where my money is, with Pence taking over after a Trump impeachment.

Never heard of him, but, hey, let's check. He's a Sag/Cap, so doesn't make the sign cut (unless Ryan is president at the time). He does have an interesting cluster in mid-Capricorn, but nothing that's in orb unless his Moon happens to be right in that degree.

I really don't think Chuck plans to run - if anything, he'll throw his strength behind Gillbrand (or, of course, whoever gets the nom), but worth checking: Scorpio Sun keeps him in the running but, if my theory about that Mars-Jupiter-Uranus is correct, he's out of the running since he has nothing there.

BTW, though I like her a great deal, my first impression is she isn't electable. In the near future, I'm not sure anyone is electable who presents as well-reasoned, thoughtful, fact-based, and moderating.

That aside, given there is no birth time, I note she does have a Taurus luminary, which qualifies her for "astrological inheritance," She doesn't quite have anything at the degrees I suspect will be critical, since her Neptune is outside the partile orb. (Mars-Uranus crashing on her Neptune on inauguration day would be a pretty harsh first day on the job.)
