The 360 symbolic degrees and their interpretation

In looking into the specific degrees of my planets I was drawn to some research (Janduz* published Les 360 degrés du Zodiaque, an illustrated book based on the interpretation of the Volasfera by Antonio Borelli) which went into detail about each specific degree.

I liked what I saw about my degrees, and I do believe that I have read about this elsewhere, (maybe Your books Mr. Eshelman?) but cant recall off the top of my head, and all my books are boxed up.

I had been reflecting on my sun/moon and trying to formulate a little motto of sorts to encapsulate that. 5 degrees aquarius, 7 degrees scorpio. with maybe a bit of 5 degrees Gemini for the fun of it.


I would think that the specific degree a planet is resting on would be an idicater of what more specific qualities the planet would enhance.....ie maybe someone at lets say 26 Aquarius degrees is actually an airforce pilot, yet one at 5 is working the desk at an airport.....


are there any interesting or valid sources for this symbolic degree system, or is it similiar to the topical method to feed an ego?
