Unsure what it is about her

There is one girl in particular who has really left her mark on me, it's sort of embarrassing since she has had such an easy time moving forward and I haven't. I don't know why this is exactly, maybe I just have a better memory of all the important details between us, I mean she was my partner in everything. I don't think I've loved anyone that much, I don't think I've hated anyone so much either. Anyway, her birth info will follow at the end of the post along with mine, thoughts and feelings are welcome.

It might be helpful for you to look at the dates when you first got together through when you broke up, on your chart and hers seperately to see what transits were/are going on.

From the tone of your post, it seems you feel something is incomplete or unresolved; but, within this, it seems there is a particular question you haven't asked.

I'm interpreting your letter to mean the two of you were together in some fashion and are no longer together. Is that correct? As Veronica asked, when was that? And for how long?

Your Venus exactly conjoining her Saturn is probably a clue to much of what's weighing on you.
