Venus signs and career?

From Jim's essay, "There Really is a Zodiac! — Part 1":
Venus’ sign placements for various professions are nothing short of astonishing, from her high in popular, wordy, Mercury-ruled Virgo for eminent journalists to the soaring Sagittarian prominence for eminent aviators. Could it be, in these people who represented the very top of their fields, that the constellation of Venus at birth represents what they love most, and, therefore, that in which they are most likely to succeed? That Venus in Virgo has far more than its share of journalists but a rather scanty supply of painters, while Venus’ own sign Taurus calls its mistress home for painters but not for writers, should be enough by itself to indicate that these zones own up to their Sidereal symbolism. To call them by their Tropical titles — Libra for journalists, and Gemini for painters — is to reverse the symbolic significance entirely, and give the sort of nonsense results that led Gauquelin and so many others to discredit the (Tropical) zodiac in the first place.
May I know the rest of the findings based on Venus signs? Curious to know. :P
I'm fine with links too.

All efforts are much appreciated. Thanks in advance. ;)

For example, you have Venus in Leo. This placement happened to score high for sports champions. My theory is that it isn't the athletics element per se, but a desire to show off (and be admired and adored for) a perfect body, and getting pleasure from this :) . Venus in Leo is unusually low for those who have become eminent as musicians.

Oh, I didn't know. I mean I do know, but they weren't so detailed, so I thought they weren't the Gauquelin findings and there would be more details to it.

Yeah I was a bit surprised when I found sports champions in Leo Venus interpretations cuz I'm not much of a sports person despite a Leo Venus and a Mars-Jupiter trine (1°27'). Probably it's my Libra Sun (with its' fear of pain) and background Mars.
Back to Venus in Leo and the desire to show off a perfect body, yeah that is me ( *simpers* ) and some other Leo Venusians I know of.
Venus in Leo is unusually low for those who have become eminent as musicians.
How about in musicians whose primary focus is to show off (and be admired and adored for) ?
Though if that was that musician's prime focus I guess they would be better off doing something else? (Cuz you need sheer hard work and dedication to music for success in it?)

Okay I got so carried away on the fact that Venus in Leo scored so low that I've forgotten to ask why is that so.
What qualities are there in Leo that make its Venusians score low in music? (Not that I'm disappointed on Venus in Leo, I'd just like to know. :P )

Not sure. My best guess: I'm betting (but still guessing) that most of the musicians in the Gauquelin data collection were not solo players; and I think Venus in Leo likes to be more of a front person, stand out, rather than merge without distinctive nature into a band or ensemble. It's not discipline - the placement scores high for "hard working," for example. But it scores very low for the character treat "dreamer," so it may also be reflecting that the position is not so much one of imagination and creativity.

Of the Leo Venuses I've known, they tend to be more solitary or stand-out in Venus related things. For example, they parent their friends rather than merge with them. They don't find it so easy to surrender in a relationship, being more of a "performer." Many (especially when young) form relationships to prove something or show off. They want to be noticed a bit more than everyone else in the room. That sort of thing.

'Doesn't make for a great musician except in certain genres.

Excellent explanation Jim.
I guess the best music genre for these people would be a solo career in today's Pop/Billboard music lol. 8-)

However,

I'm an exception to this, and now a bigger exception since Neptune is opposing my Venus right now! :P

Add 10/05/2017: Pfft! So much for exceptions! Looking back, I realise that I subconsciously chose and preferred gorgeous people to fall in love with. I still do. As with proving: I suppose maybe I want to "prove" that I have good taste and that I can win an handsome man's affections. (The latter is a striking "Yes!" I'd be so proud and happy if I win an handsome man's affections. :D ) However there are no direct compulsions from anyone or anything that I have to prove them. And yes I do like to "show off" my lover (not in a vain sense, more like in a promenade sense) if I get one.
