I was recently contacted by the wife (an old acquaintance) asking me to look at the charts of her husband, telling me her husband is in dire circumstances pertaining to large business concerns pertaining to a huge legal war. We need look no further to his next Feb 2019 SSR to see the symbolism of the ‘dire circumstances.’

If he's open for the idea of relocating, I'd aim for putting that Sun - Moon square on angles.... it has been a standing tradition a big birthday party is thrown every year with his close friends in Dallas. Third, the 'circumstances' for this legal battle was put into motion several years ago and future court dates have already been set for final verdict in the summer of 2019. Its a federal case.
