What is the spectrum on energy levels high to low and in between? More or less social, assertive

There are lots of types of energy
Kinetic or potential
Mental physical emotional spiritual
87, 89 or 93 octane
In my expierence my energy levels fluctuate, very much like the moon and do seem to rise when I am being conscientious of my consumption behaviors and make choices that enhance and work towards my personal goals and optium performance (ie what am I eating, what am I reading or thinking about, who am I spending time with)

In regards to planets I would say each has its own frequency and ebbs and flows depending on a variety of other factors.

The sun, our beloved star is the sourceof most all of the energy we consume and return.

The constellations are clusters of distant suns. There energies stay fairly constant but do turn. Ie we are feeling Aquarian energies as this constellation has come around.

I'll add Pluto isnt an energy level on any scale, it's either on or off, no progression between the two either.

I agree that energy changes like cycles of the Moon, that being said my Moon molds to Pluto so my energy is eithe on or off.

On the social scale I havent a clue, most of my strongest planets are social but the one apple ruined my whole tree.
