I won't quote the whole article. The structural details are that 56 Guatemalan girls in a group home (for their own protection from abuse etc.) were part of 100 kids that tried to escape (due to poor conditions and sexual and other abuse). They were captured, locked in a 500 square foot class room with 23 highly flammable mattresses. not give food or bathroom access, etc. By the next morning, in an effort to escape, someone lit a match thinking a fire would force the police to let them out. The police, right outside the door, detected the fire, heard the screams, then did nothing as the screams gradually died away. Of the 56, 41 died, ages 14 to 17.

I'll use 10 AM on March 8. It's approximately right. The article gives the timing as "hours" after a 6 AM incident, so I suspect it was 10 or 11 AM.

LATER: Ah, I found more. Wikipedia lists it as "2017 Guatemala orphanage fire" and gives a time of 9 AM and place of San Jose Pinula, Guatamala. This gives a 0°00' Moon-Mars square at the time of the fire, exactly on angles.
