Success In My Chart

Post by Venus_Daily »

Please forgive my neurosis when making this post. As I stated a while ago, things are going terrible for me. I am now on the verge of losing my only method of transportation in a smaller city with no real public transport. I have been looking for job after job, but I have been turned down at every turn. Not literally turned down, but I keep getting the polite response of "we'll let you know". I've even tried selling second-hand designer clothing, the only problem is there isn't much available in the craphole I live in or the neighboring crapholes.
I just feel lost. I reapplied for nursing school this year, but if I lose my car, that's basically of the table too. I really don't see any favorable progressions in my natal chart, and my solar return for next September 2019 seems to be only lunar aspects with nothing in the foreground. Anyone is welcome to chime in on this thread, but I wanted to know if there's any kind of break for me in the future. I mean a real break, every time I see a "break" coming along, it's followed by even more crap. I've even thought about joining a convent to become a nun. I just don't know where to progress from this, and I don't know if the universe has a plan for me. Maybe I'm just those type of people that fall through the cosmic cracks.

I am sorry to hear your suffering.
Why don't you consider relocating? Bring your Venus or Jupiter to the foreground.
An example would be New Haven, Connecticut or Providence, Rhode Island (or somewhere in the area) where Jup comes to DSC, Sun to IC and Venus sq ASC... although we do see that Mars-Uranus that would square the rel. MC... but you would have three good planets to your angles. If you'd like to avoid that Mars-Uranus... perhaps try out another area. Those two places will also have the current SSR with SSR Jup on top of the chart, widely squaring the ASC.

Actually your current SSR shows a potential for relocation and a major change as the SSR Jup squares your n. MC and the SSR Uranus opposes your n. Pluto. There is also a Moon-Pluto opposition that can indicate goodbyes.

If you bring Sun, Jup and Venus to play with your angles I am pretty sure your luck will change. This would also mean that you will get a double Jupiter power in the end of this year when tr. Jup comes to n. Jup and that would be great to have near an angle. Shortly after this Dec transit, you will have tr. Jup on your n. Moon in Feb 2020. At this time the tr. Saturn will also have moved out of orb with the n. Moon where it is now bugging you.

A turning point is signaled in matters of career, personal growth, finance, and purpose. Most likely fortunate, with some critical opportunities opened for you, the chief issue is nonetheless your inner reorientation or shift in attitude. Key decisions are made now which set the trend for the next several years. Business matters probably go forward smoothly. Investments look promising (but bring their big payoff later). Some advance in status, prestige, or esteem. Perhaps most importantly, you display an increased sense of well-being, a contagious self-assurance, confidence, and optimism. The quality of how you now treat yourself sets the trend for how the world will treat you over the next several years.

Feelings rise near to the surface. Usually this marks a joyful time with much cause for celebration. However, if you have been under much stress, it initially brings a release of tension, perhaps free-flowing tears and general emotion. Let this have its play, clearing the field for some especially happy days and weeks. Your sense of well-being is high. More self-assured, socially outgoing, and congenial, you probably find your environment and emotional climate supportive, pleasing, and rewarding. Hospitality and other opportunities are warmly extended. Self-indulgence is possible, especially in diet. Responding to quality, your mind is occupied with philosophic matters. Don't let self-righteousness spoil this chance for good comradeship!

Another good thing to notice is that your progressed Moon is about to come into a square to your n. Moon and opposition to pr. Sun&Mer. This is a pretty good aspect and I think it could mean meeting a partner and/or a new study of some kind. This is in May-June, so maybe you'll take the leap and make the move to bring Jup to your DSC and at the same time pr. Moon makes it's move to oppose pr. Sun and BOOM you meet a nice partner and register for a course!

Venus, I'm sorry, I somehow missed this the other day. Arena has pointed out some good possibilities.

Looking at your chart, the first thing I see is transiting Neptune sesqui-square natal Pluto. This is primarily an internal, soul-searching, psychological shifting pattern where you re-examine your fundamental views about life, purpose, and reality. I mention this because it seems exactly what you're doing, and I want to encourage you to stay in the deep end with it a while. - Related to that, transiting Uranus is opposing your Pluto (almost in orb now, and present much of the next year) so the environment will meet your soul-searching with very substantial changes.

Let me clear: If you aren't committed to your life very substantially changing, this will feel like someone is completely pulling the rug out from under you and things are crumbling down. In this situation, I would very proactively start dismantling and reconstituting my life. Since you don't want the life you currently have, it makes sense for you to align yourself with this. It need not be relocation across the country as Arena suggests (though, if that's feasible, it really is a great way to shift important astrological patterns). But (to be overly dramatic) it likely needs to feel like all the towers are crumbling around you and an earthquake is shaking the city. This is exciting and wonderful if you're aligned with it, but quite frightening if you resist it.

Let your soul-searching and inner guidance lead you. At the very least, if you get an inspiration for a very significant reframing or redesign of things, you should at least consider choosing it and making it happen.

Your current mood and conditions also relates to an immediate cause - Saturn exactly conjunct your Moon. This will go in a few weeks (it will be back in a few months) and surely is making things harder right now. (Yesterday, Venus conjoined Saturn and both of them conjoined your Moon - that's often a sorrowful day.) This will pass. Saturn is valuable (given the larger processes mentioned above) because it will help with the dismantling of the old life.

Hmm, as I type, and then as I look back at what you wrote, it keeps coming back that you really don't want the life you have and the universe is saying you need to move out of and past the life you have. These are scary times with a lot of potential. The demand work and courage, but also imagination and adventure. It's harder to think adventure when you see your last resource fading, so I'm sure you're trying to keep it patched together.

I suggest you ask yourself, "If everything in my life were levelled to the ground, what would I build on the cleared ground? If I got to redesign my life from bottom up, starting with nothing, what would I build?" You're at a prime age to reinvent yourself with decades of life ahead of you.

Progressed Moon opposing your Sun in about four months (meaning, 3 to 5 months - one month coming, one month going) is indeed a likely turning point, a chance for a "phase shift." BTW, progressed Mars conjunct natal Jupiter is another statement that this will be one of the most financially challenging times of your life. (It peaks soon, and will take another year or so to fade after that).

I mention this so you'll know you really are connected to the cosmic tapestry and everything you're going through is consistent with the divine plan you doubted you were connected to. (What a savage thing for a Leo to have to think! But no, you're very connected to The Plan.)

Your current Solar Return is one more (very loud) statement of change. (No! "Change" is too tame a word. It's more dismantling and reinvention, completely reframing your life, unleashing yourself from old concepts, getting out of a rectangular box of prior views.) Your next SSR has a Moon-Jupiter conjunction tightly connected to Sun, Mars, Mercury... wow, what a fantastic chart! (With Uranus on EP for more opportunities for change.)

Sometimes, one of the very best things astrology can give us during hard times is the assurance that we're exactly in line with the flow of the universe - that you're not crazy, not cut off, not isolated, but participating in something that is right on schedule, will have its day, and then will pass.

Relaxing into this sense of sanity and connection, we get the clarity to make good choices. (We don't have to accept the exact form the universe is giving us. The current form is often a consequence of our ignorance of the nature of the time or our resistance to it.)

Very good questions :)

Venus, use this time for reinventing your life.
Just wait until the tr. Saturn has moved away from your natal Moon, and then you will feel better to start planning and building your new life.
