Under Current Ingresses for Washington,

suspect the Mercury-Venus is operating independent of the Mars-Saturn-Neptune, or at least represents some diplomatic result or other "good news / good documents" in relation to the Mars-Saturn-Neptune pattern. These malefic aspects and placements are consistent with previous periods of ugly murder-slaughter events, fires, unleashed mass emotional violence, and more; yet, against that, we also have the Mercury-Venus and the Jupiter.

Yesterday, January 12, 2015, at 3:20 PM EST, just south of the SE DC Metro station called "L'Enfant Plaza" there were sparks seen coming from the third rail in the tracks, and a train stopped short of the sparks. The train, and then the station, quickly filled with smoke. The passengers were evacuated, but one woman died, at least one had seizures, 43 passengers and one fire fighter were hospitalized, 3 still in critical condition.

Wow, I'd like to take credit for being right - but this was before the Liblunar set up. The Moon was 21°09' Virgo at the time. (Neptune was on the MC, though.)

The Canlunar then in force, though, had Mars 0°16' from the horizon. (Jupiter was also foreground, but not nearly as close.)

Transiting Neptune conjoined Ascendant in the CanQ. The CapQ was more ambiguous with Uranuses and Plutos scattered all over its angles.

Lunar Returns do. In theory, I expected the same from lunar ingresses, but I haven't been able to see that in practice. I've seen some events where ingresses less than 2-3 hours in the future have still been described by the old ingress, not the new one.

I don't know why they would act differently. It does seem that they do.
