Santa Clarita, CA, about Noon, June 9th, 2019. Guests were asked to evacuate about Noon when a brush fire shot up behind the water slides at the park, but when the fire department arrived, they asked people to shelter in place for about two hours while they got enough of the fire under control people could drive away safely.

There are at least 3 other brush fires in the LA area.

June 8th, 2019, 7:50 PM, Lincolnton, NC a car hydroplaned, flipped off a bridge over Rockdam Creek and landed upside down in the water. Three people drowned.
Hundreds of flooding problems, tornados (mostly before Friday) have happened since the beginning of May, mostly in the midwest and southern mid-Atlantic, including VA and NC.

Strangely, Solar Fire doesn't list Santa Clarita, so I've used Valencia - only a few blocks away.

The lead-up charts don't speak fire. They speak entertainment environments, and a little craziness though mostly in a positive way. Of the daily indicators, though, start with CapQ MC square transiting Uranus. CanQ Ascendant opposes transiting Saturn and Pluto, with CanQ Moon on IC.

Not much. Just a little upset and disruption. Not even any Mars of note.

This is a vulnerable area for the year with Pluto square Capsolar MC and Saturn 1°39' below Arisolar Asc (conjunct Pluto).

The most recent non-dormant lunar ingress is the May 16 Liblunar with Neptune on MC, Mars rising.

For the day, CapQ MC conjoined ingress Neptune. Transiting Saturn and Pluto are on Capsolar angles. CanQ Asc conjoins Mercury (just to say it was a car thing).

No idea how to map this kind of event. haven't found a time the messages started to come through.

Yeah, this isn't as obvious an item to track as some others. For location, I'd want to know who was responsible for and executing the update. The plane maker? Is this a Canadian issue or a U.S. issue?

There are minor indications we can follow. For example, today is the exact Sun-Neptune square, suggesting everything from confusion to frustrating inconvenience. And there is a longer-stretch item, Mars in Gemini, that probably has its hands on this. Perhaps also (depending on where it's angular transiting Mars opposite Capsolar Mercury.

I'm a little concerned as Mars approaches its opposition to Saturn. (It has already opposed Capsolar Saturn and, today, Capsolar Mercury.) A Mars-Saturn opposition across Gemini-Sagittarius should accentuate distinctly Gemini-Sagittarius themes, of which aviation is certainly a good example.

One person, the pilot, was aboard and was reported seriously injured, but has since died.

I'm thinking we're going to see more things like this - perhaps getting larger and more serious - as Mars opposite Saturn in Gemini-Sagittarius gets closer.

NYC's CAPSOLAR is primarily marked by a closer (RA) Sun-Uranus square closely angular.

The ARISOLAR is quite severe for NYC. Saturn 1°18' above Asc, Pluto 1°13' below, they are conjunct with their midpoint 03' from Asc.

The CANLUNAR is transportation-oriented and severe: In addition to Sun 1°09' from EP, Mercury is 3°00' above Asc with a foreground Mars-Neptune sq. 2°20'.

Then the Mars-Saturn starts to make itself known CapQ Asc is opposite Capsolar Saturn 0°17', with transiting Mars and Mercury both just outside the usual orb. (Mercury/Mars midpoint is 0°30' from CapQ Asc.)

A huge fire in De Pass Gardens in Barking (part of East London) burned through six floors of a block of flats. It was extinguished by 6 PM. Causes not yet known, though one stated view is that an outdoor barbecue on a vertical shaft of wooden balconies caused it.

It seems there were no casualties. This should be judged a minor event so far, and probably the Venus and Jupiter aren't as bad for "nobody got hurt" (if that's the case); nonetheless, I score against them below.

Pluto had just crossed IC (and Mars-Saturn crossed meridian soon before that) when the fire broke out.

CNN summarized this morning:

More than a million people jammed the streets of Hong Kong yesterday to protest a controversial extradition bill that would let Chinese authorities extradite fugitives from the city. This appeared to be the largest demonstration there since Hong Kong was handed back to China in 1997. Critics fear the bill will make anyone in Hong Kong vulnerable to being grabbed and sent to mainland China for political reasons. They also say it undermines Hong Kong's semi-autonomous legal system. Chinese officials say the bill would merely plug some loopholes in the country's extradition law.

Hong Kong's year is clearly marked: Moon is exactly on MC of the CAPSOLAR, consistent with a populist wave or mass movement of the people. Moon also rises in the ARISOLAR.

Then the CAPLUNAR anticipated a very hard month with Saturn (2°29') and Pluto (0°28') straddling IC and (again) Moon closely angular, only 2°32' from IC. For a different kind of madness, the CANLUNAR marked the week with Neptune 1°18' from IC and Sun 2°37' the other side of Descendant.

Yesterday, CAPSOLAR QUOTIDIAN Ascendant rotated into the midst of the Sun-Jupiter-Neptune T-square, conjoining Jupiter, opposing Sun, and squaring Neptune.

May 13, 2019 just off the coast of the UAE, there was a reported explosion involving seven ships. That was reduced to four, one UAE, two Saudi and one Norwegian oil tanker. There was little information given out. Claims were made nobody was hurt. No times were ever given. Pompeo implied Iran was at fault but he was the only one, and no evidence was produced.
Today, June 13, 2019 in the Gulf of Oman just east of the Straits of Hormuz, two more ships were hit, one Japanese chemical tanker and one Norwegian oil tanker. Again, claims were nobody was hurt. This time, however we got a time - 6:30 AM for the first explosion on the Norwegian oil tanker.
A Japanese envoy had just wrapped up negotiations with Iran.
Pompeo again claimed these attacks were made by Iran.

One US Navy ship nearby came to pick up sailors off one the ships and removed what they said was a limpet mine. Some information was released that limpet mines had been used in the previous attack.

So was this Iran attacking oil shipping or something? Or is Iran being set up so the US can attack it?

I wish I knew. Read my current forecast Caplunar & Liblunar... I'm not comfortable having those two charts in place with current events happening.

Besides all that, the current Mars-Saturn opposition is along the U.S. natal meridian, square our Saturn. In a day or two, Sun conjoins our Mars. Again, I'm not happy with all of this.

Just the transits for the one event we have a time for are kind of amazing especially if you have your doubts about who attached those mines to those tankers. While Mars is 1° off opposing Saturn and 1° off trine Neptune, Jupiter is 0° square Neptune, and Saturn is 0° sextile Neptune.

No I don't like it one bit either.

Yeah. He was born in Queens, which had Daylight Savings Time, but when I relocate to DC, which didn't, the program doesn't take that into account. I noted it in the file names for the base charts. Thanks for pointing it out.

He was in DC at the White House except for 10:14 AM to 2:38 PM on the 15th and 9:53 AM to 2:33 PM on the 16th, when he was golfing at the Trump National course in Potomic Falls, VA. Lindsey Graham went with him on the 16th. So he was at the White House for both returns.

A small plane crash described as "fiery" killed all 10 people aboard. It had just taken off from Addison Airport and "crashed into an unoccupied hangar" according to ABC news. The time is from the Dallas-Fort Worth outlet of CBS news.

The crash occurred with Uranus 0°33' past MC, Mercury 0°11' from EP, giving a Mercury-Uranus square within 1° in Right Ascension (the framework shared by both MC and EP). Mercury-Uranus is the single most distinctive aspect for airplane crashes.
