Nobody hurt. Nobody upset.

Post by Jupiter Sets at Dawn »

So I was out tonight, stopped at the grocery store on the way home, decided to go for tacos, and got rear-ended at the stoplight coming out of the grocery store at 8:19 PM June 11, 2019, in West Omaha/nearly Elkhorn.
I got out of my car, the guy who hit me got out of his, we examined our respective bumpers, and found no damage. He apologized, asked for and got a hug, I noticed he was wearing the uniform of a favorite restaurant, and I said, hey next time I'm in, you can give me a free drink or something. He perked right up and said he was looking forward to it.
We got back in our cars, and went on about our business. I got my tacos, headed home and at 8:41 PM, managed to miss the bird that flew right in front of my car coming in for a landing.
I don't see this reflected in my charts, but I honestly don't know what to look for. I mean, nothing bad happened, but it's not like there were any Jupiter influences that I can see.

It was a generally positive time for that part of the world, with a close Sun-Jupiter opposition near the horizon, but it wasn't exactly there - about 4-5° off. It was also the middle of a few hours when traffic accidents were perhaps more likely, since the vague cluster of the forming Mars-Saturn opposition in Gemini-Sagittarius and Mercury's conjunction with Mars in Gemini were being squared by Moon.

But, as I said, nothing super close. Just a general theme of the time. (Sun-Jupiter is close to your SSR horizon, but perhaps not close enough.)

You're in an interesting time with transiting Pluto square your Moon, currently only 15' wide.

I'm not a big fan of transiting trines, but honesty requires me to mention that transiting Jupiter was trine your Venus 13' and your Pluto 6'. More dynamically, transiting Venus was square your Jupiter within a degree (probably why you wanted those tacos).

I'd have expected a more jittery, nerves-wrangling event since Mars was still in partile orb of square natal Neptune and Sun was square your Saturn - not a pair of transits under which I'd expect you to get a break.- So I'm expecting something more positive right near the angles of a return to offset that.

The closest return chart is your Demi-Lunar, setting up tomorrow morning but generally felt about a day in advance. It's not perfect, but it's interesting. Natal Mars is exactly on IC, natal Venus-Pluto rising. For Elkhorn, the specifics are:

r Mars 1°13' before IC
r Venus 2°02' past Asc
r Pluto 5°08' above Asc

Your progressed Moon is in Virgo, so you also have a Kinetic Lunar tomorrow. With a 13° Aquarius MC, it puts your natal Sun-Jupiter along the meridian (Sun closer) and transiting Sun-Jupiter across the horizon (again, about 5° off: 2° Gemini rising).

So, first, there are a lot of transits and they could have gone a couple of ways - some under which people do not react well, some that make them go for tacos and have a good time. The newly arising lunars (Demi-SLR and KLR), both occurring tomorrow, are accurate so far as they go, but nothing is terribly close to the angles - suggesting, at best, events that aren't particularly consequential but seem pleasant enough.

Or at least that's what 5 minutes digs up :)

I could add that our June 9 Ennead has Mercury conjunct natal Uranus rising closely (Mercury partile conjunct Asc) with a partile Mars-Neptune square about 8° off the angles.

Demi-lunar. This one has
MC 17 Aries 28
ASC 25 Can 48.
closely duplicating my relocated natal angles:
MC 15 Ari 30
ASC 24 Can 38.
So that's kind of a double dose of Mars conj IC, Venus-Pluto conj ASC.
