The first 911 calls came in at 10:39 AM. The rifle was a Russian Kalashnikov.
The shooter surrendered with no attempt at suicide. It's a 9 hour drive between his home and this Walmart Supercenter. He appears to be a Nazi terrorist.

This is deplorable regardless of what party you affiliate with. Though I don't think this is a problem strictly contained to race, I think it's quite sociological. Is this representative of Uranus in Aries? I know that there's a lot of other planetary symbolism, but for the main event of ambushing people with bullets, it seems to be quite descriptive of this transit.

You're right, it's not a partisan thing, nor a race thing, although the language of both partisans and racists is being used to inflame. It's also not a US thing. Per capita, it's just as common in the rest of the world. Terrorists. I think it's also a mob thing, although the mob is online.

It's not anything from Sun through Mars (and probably not Jupiter) because this massive "every day and twice on Sunday" shooting spree has been building for at least a few years.

It could be a long term (outer planet) aspect or aspects too, which would be Saturn trine Neptune conjunct Pluto and maybe Jupiter square Neptune.

August 8, 2019, morning (BAT), at or near Nyonksa navy base, 64N37, 39E11

I'm now catching "updated" news on an event I missed on the original reporting. An explosion occurred at a Russin "weapons testing range" that is being called "mysterious." Seven people died (five employees and two military personnel). Yesterday it was announced (1:00 AM Saturday) that "isotopic sources of fuel on a liquid propulsion unit" were involved, i.e., that the blast was radioactive.

The location is "on a platform at sea" in "the Arkhangelsk region," an oblast centered on the city of Arkhangelsk (Archangel). Some Russia state-run media is referring to the incident as "in Arkhangelsk," and pictures seem to reflect the city, not merely the oblast. A CNN map from Thursday names Severodvinsk, Russia and says the explosion occurred 30 km (15-20 mi) from there. It speaks of brief radiation spikes around noon (after most reports that mention time at all say the explosion was "in the morning").

UPDATE: I just learned that it occurred at the Nyonksa navy base, 64N37, 39E11.

The Day entries will have to be redone, though only the CanQ angularity is going to affected. We're still grasping for timing. It looks like Russia delayed a couple of days in reporting this.

A tweet shows "breaking news" announcement of local evacuation warning and a film of the cloud explosion going off. It's time stamped (for me) August 5, 10:08 PM, which would appear in my time zone. That converts to August 6, 2019 8:08 AM where the explosion occurred. As the announcement of the local warning was "breaking news," the event happened not long before. The film is clearly daylight, but perhaps not long after sunrise. Sunrise was 3:38 AM, though, so there is a 4 1/2 hour window between sunrise and the time of the tweet. (The "breaking news" tweet of danger warning came as Neptune was setting at the location.) We could, e.g., split the difference and say that the best give-or-take estimate is about 6 AM. (Mars rose a little before that, at 4:45 am and had only cleared Ascendant by 7° at 6 AM. - Again, still guessing.

Philadelphia's year is most marked by Uranus 0°14' from Capsolar IC square Sun exactly (to the minute) on EP. (with Saturn and Mercury more widely rising). Interesting... I've usually seen cops show as Sun, in the sense of being "the man," the embodiment of government presence in people's lives.

The Arisolar, which covers half the year from mid-April to mid-October this year, is deadly, with Saturn 0°51' above Asc, Pluto 1°41' below.

CapQ MC squares transiting Mars for the day. At 3:30 PM, for example, it was 0°17' from exact for central Philadelphia. This is amidst the Cansolar having three Moon-Uranus aspects within minutes of exact by transit or progression (P to N, P to P, T to P) to the whole world.

August 16, 2019: A small airliner (37 passengers max) on a scheduled flight #1 from Nairobi landed at Kichwa Tembo Airstrip in westerly direction at about 11:00Local time (08:00) but collided with a number of gnus (also known as Wildebeests) causing the left main gear to collapse and separate from the aircraft, the left propeller impacted ground ejecting one blade, and the aircraft veered left off the runway. There were no injuries, the aircraft sustained substantial damage.
The airstrip at 1°15'47.89"S, 35° 1'40.26"E doesn't have a fence although the pilots should have been able to see the gnus and gone around the pattern again which would have cleared the animals from the airstrip.

On August 1, 2019, about 1400 Alaska daylight time, the Candle AK airport. Flight VTS 25, a cargo flight which departed Fairbanks, Alaska about 1140, hit a berm while attempting to land, sheering off one landing gear, and despite the best efforts of the crew, veered off the runway and sustained substantial damage. The crew was uninjured.

August 16, 2019, Flight UT-365 from Moscow Vnukovo to Ufa (Russia), was climbing out of Vnukovo's runway 06 when the crew stopped the climb at about 4600 feet due to a bird strike into an engine (CFM56) and onto the windshield. The aircraft returned to Vnukovo for a safe landing on runway 01 about 15 minutes after departure.

August 15, 2019 flight U6-178 from Moscow Zhukovsky (Russia) to Simferopol (Ukraine) with 226 passengers and 7 crew, was in the initial climb through 750 feet out of Zkukovsky's runway 12 at about 06:15Local (03:15Z) when the aircraft flew through a flock of birds and ingested birds into both engines (CFM56). Both engines failed, one emitting noises as if the engine spools up and down, forcing the crew to stop the climb at 750 feet and land the aircraft in a corn field about 2.77nm past the runway with gear retracted (Approximate position N55.512 E38.252). The occupants of the aircraft evacuated via slides, there were 10 injuries (including three children). The aircraft sustained substantial damage.

The pilot's landing this aircraft in a cornfield with almost no injuries is as amazing as Sullenberg landing his aircraft in the Hudson after a birdstrike.

Let's look at this one first. The event occurred with Saturn about to set but Sun-Venus on Northpoint of the horizon. Another interesting fact: Arcturus was exactly setting. The star name means "Guardian of the Bear." Does it have guardianship qualities? Historically, Arcturus has been analogized to Jupiter + Mars. Notice that other than this possible protective symbolism, there are none of the marks of protection, relief, or guardianship that we usually see in these "lucky, unexpectedly fortunate" events.

August 16, 2019, near or at Vnukovo International Airport 55N36, 37E16. Here is the incident report in The Aviation Herald:

Unfortunately, this doesn't give a time other than that they safely returned to the runway 1:15 after departure. UT-365 from VKO to UFA (a regular flight) has a scheduled take-off today at 10:25 AM (BAT), which might mean that this was the take-off time yesterday.

If the flight took off August 16, 2019, 10:25 AM from VKO, Pluto was (get this!) 0°01' from IC and an ecliptical, moderately orbed Moon-Mars opposition was 2°27' wide mundanely. There is also the interesting 0°28' Mercury-Uranus mundane square for take-off. There are "ifs" involved in accepting this timing, but that's what the chart says for today's take-off time yesterday.

There is one fascinating experimental item here: The star Castor was exactly at MC if this was the correct take-off. It's interesting to me because the Phoenicians considered Castor and Pollus to be helpers if in peril on sea voyages. I assume (if true) it would apply equally well to air voyages. Castor alone is traditionally considered to be Mercury-like, and Ebertin claims the Mercury is blended with Jupiter.

Tied with his older brother Charles for 11th richest person in the world, he ran for VP on the Libertarian ticket for the 1980 US presidential election. He and his brother Charles have pumped money into conservative groups since, especially climate change denial groups, and were a driving force behind the "corporations are people and should have 1st amendment rights" move, and groups that supported conservative justices. They contributed heavily to political campaigns in the US and in other countries. They paid for most conservative political tv advertising in the last decade.

Charles was born November 1, 1935, also in Wichita. Charles is considered the driving force behind both the business as CEO and head of the board, and the political machine. Their father was one of the founding members of the John Birch Society.

There are two other brothers, who Charles and David drove out of the business their father left them all.

Frederick R. was born August 26, 1933, again in Wichita. He's a well-known art connoisseur, and supports several major museums in and around NYC.

William (Bill) was born May 3, 1940 in Wichita, 19 minutes after his twin David. He's a wine connoisseur, and went on a crusade against counterfeit wine, and is a world-class yachtsman who won the America's Cup in 1992.

What a difference 19 minutes makes.

Johnny Isakson Republican Senator from GA, just announced he would retire at the end of the year.
That's two open seats in GA. There are now enough formerly Republican seats left open for Democrats to take over the Senate.

That's the MOST important thing. Not the presidential race. If we have Trump, a Democratic House and a Democratic Senate, we drop Mitch McConnell on his fuzzy little head, cut off his graft, and pen Trump in the White House, and maybe blow him up.

If and only if Democrats focus on what's important and stop fussing about the presidency.

August 31, 2019 3:17 PM local time. Odessa TX.
Time given is time shooting began.

Law enforcement officer pulled a white male mid-30s over on the highway between Odessa and Midland TX. That began a mass shooting, 5 dead, 21 injured, 15 severely. Shooter stole a postal van and continued shooting, making police believe there may have been two shooters. Shooter was killed by law enforcement after about 4 hours.

I'm drawing together all the notes on this from various news outlet in the intervening days, while I've been travelling.

Police pulled a man over on what seems to have been a routine traffic matter (failure to signal a turn). From the car, he began shooting at them (out the back window) with a rifle, then sped off to shoot random people on the freeway and city streets in Odessa and Midland, changing vehicles partway through the spree, before police shot and killed him. The time is for the original police pullover.

Eight people died (including the shooter) with 25 others injured. The shooter was a recently-fired trucker, a 36-year-old male. The start of the event had a Jupiter-Neptune square on angles and Moon near MC, and similar themes mark other charts beginning with the Capsolar, suggesting that there is a Jupiter-Neptune theme or motive (something much bigger than the fact that the chase ended at a theater!).

UPDATE 9/3: The shooter had been fired a few hours earlier but the FBI say that wasn't the cause of the shooting. (He was already "enraged" when he showed up at work, and apparently his behavior then was why he was fired. He is described as having been in a long mental-emotional "downward spiral.")

Reports are he was fired soon after arriving at work (time unknown, maybe morning) and both he and his employer called 911. After he left he called the FBI about his employer. He may have been a truck driver for an oil company. It was after all that that he was pulled over.
