About 10:30 AM 10-24-2015 according to NY Daily news story. Stillwater, OK, 3 killed, dozens, perhaps up to 40 hurt, including a motorcycle cop, when a car driven by a 25 year-old woman apparently drunk, drove into the homecoming parade for Oklahoma State University.

Thanks. Before looking at the charts, my preconception is that it will show as a minor local event, mostly showing in the chart of the week and the quotidians etc. for the day.

OK, predictions aside, let's see the charts. October 24, 2015,10:30 AM, Stillwater, OK. (The event occurred with Venus-Jupiter just past MC, as Saturn rose and Mars crested at MC with a Moon-Mars opposition. The event chart itself is stark for fun and celebration that pass and are followed by deep tragedy.)

Capsolar (Dormant.) Moon-Jupiter.

Year: Cansolar
Venus on MC (1°45')
Jupiter on MC (2°09')
-- Ve/Ju on MC (0°12')
Saturn sq. MC (1°12')
Moon sq. Asc (2°56')

Bridge

Quarter: Libsolar (Dormant.)

Month: Caplunar
Jupiter sq. Asc (0°20')
Mars sq. Asc (0°50')
-- Mars-Jupiter conj. (1°10')
Moon-Sun sq. (2°01')

Day: Capsolar Quotidian & Transits (Dormant.)

Day: Cansolar Quotidian & Transits
p. Asc op. s. Jupiter (0°05')
------------------------------------
t. Saturn conj. s. EP (2°07' (Too wide, mentioned for interest.))

CONCLUSION: My basic prediction was correct. The Cansolar was highly ambivalent, so the first chart to show the event well is the Caplunar (which is also Chart of the Week). It's quite excellent for all the elements involved except there is no Mercury feature to mark a transportation event. However, the daily charts let us down dramatically, other than showing a nice day for a parade. - PS Did the game get called off? If not, then I can predict that some team close by these geographical coordinates will win. Unfortunately, both schools are probably relatively close to each other.

Further... With the normal daily stuff not showing well, and with it established in the category of "minor local event," I thought I'd check the minor charts, starting with the Quotidian of the recent Libsolar. Its one feature is EP conjunct ingress Moon, so we would anticipate an event people feel strongly as a community, and that probably involves children. Reiterating the lunar theme, transiting Moon was conjunct Libsolar IC.

Checking the AriQ. we get solar Sun on MC. Transiting Venus is also opposite AriQ Moon. But the transiting Mercury-Uranus opposition (the most common aspect for vehicular disasters) straddled the Arisolar meridian (each in orb, midpoint centered on the angle, a Mercury-Pluto sq., etc.). So the minor stuff was a little better.

No, the game will be played. The mood in the stadium is "somber" but this is mid-America and football is a religion. The teams playing are the OSU Cowboys and the Kansas City Jayhawks. (College teams) Kickoff will be at 2:30. Distance from Stillwater to KC is about 300 miles.

CNN just broke the news on this finally. They are listing three dead and over 20 injured.

Closest team to Stillwater wins if they play.
