Omaha explosion, using today, 12:17 PM, North Omaha.

CAPSOLAR is quite nice: Jupiter 1°34' from Dsc, and wider foreground Moon and Uranus (barely in orb of conjunction) and a whisper of Neptune. Basically a Jupiter chart.

The first sign of explosiveness is in the CAPLUNAR, with Uranus (which is 0°30' from square Moon) 0°35' from WP. Throw in a foreground Full Moon tightly square the Uranus in mundo, an a little Pluto. It was a home, you say? Moon/Pluto midpoint is 0°33' from IC.

CapQ just has the dual Moon-Pluto squares, one +4' and one -7'. CanQ has Neptune < 1° from EP (plus the universal Jupiter square to Cansolar and CanQ Moon).

The woman killed worked for a realty group as an inspector. She was at the house to inspect it after the tenants, who'd been evicted, had finally left. It was a single family home on a block of single family homes in a nice working class neighborhood.

The house is literally gone. Just a sort of confetti which fell on the rest of the neighborhood. The houses on either side are badly damaged and "unstable" according to the fire department.

One woman was trapped in one of the houses next door when part of the roof collapsed, but her husband got her and their children out. A fourteen year old is in serious condition.

About 7:40 PM one of the houses next to the one that exploded caught on fire and it took about two hours to put it out.

Apropos of Uranus, the other big stories are a small plane that took off from a local airstrip crashed in a bean field killing the pilot and passenger, and a public swimming pool (not from the house that exploded) put up surveillance cameras to prevent copper theft and vandalism, and caught a lynx just strolling around the pool.

Another ISIL-sponsored attack in France, this time with 1 dead (a priest of the church attacked). One other person is critically injured.

It occurred sometime this morning in some location in St. Etienne du Rouvray, France (a suburb of Rouen). - With regard to timing, at 10:56 AM police tweeted a warning of people to stay away, and police are reported to have arrived and deployed very quickly, so I will estimate 10:30 AM. (The priest's schedule called for a 9:00 AM mass lasting half an hour.)

NOTE: In the last month or so, we've started seeing a number of Neptune-Pluto squares. (These can only happen mundanely.) This may be a cross-over point where Uranus-Pluto aspects are being gradually replaced by Neptune-Pluto as the major factor we see. This is interesting especially because Neptune-Pluto is the least represented aspect in my entire catalogue of mundane events.

NOTE: The CapQ is painfully exact. The two Moon-Pluto aspects with CapQ Moon are each 5' orbs on either side, meaning Moon is exactly at their midpoint today; and the spot on earth picked to express this has both Pluto on a Q angle. Then notice how the CanQ shows the setting and a direct assault on a religious institution.

At 6:44 PM EDT, both New York Times and Los Angeles Times reported that Hillary Clinton has been formally nominated as the Democratic candidate for President of the United States. EDIT: NYT this morning says the South Dakota vote that put her over was at 6:39 PM. There were then technicalities for the next few minutes before it was official, so a minute or two before 6:44 is probably most exact (when her Sun was on MC).

Sun and Moon were 0°15' from exact square and exactly angular, with powerful connection to Hillary's Sun. Additionally, just 3° off the angles, Moon is in 0°05' from exact mundane square to Pluto.

July , 2016 7:44 AM the Caldwell County, TX 911 got a call about "some kind of crash" in a pasture outside Lockwell, TX (about 30 miles south of Austin,) When officers got there, they found the basket of a hot air balloon in flames.
According to the FAA, the balloon had 16 people aboard, but no survivors have been found.

The FAA said the crash happened about 8:30 AM, but I suspect that's because the FAA office is in the Eastern Time zone and that was clock time there. NBC followed the FAA as to time but CBS and USA Today followed the Sheriff's office's estimate of the time as being a little after 7:30 AM.

Photos were taken of the balloon, fully inflated but barely airborne, at 7:38 AM CDT, by someone who noticed it because it was flying very very low. It almost certainly hit high-power lines while attempting to land near the road next to the field.
This was the deadliest hot air balloon crash in US history.

At 8:39 AM PDT, LA Times broke the news that the U.S. just launched air strikes against ISIL in Libya. At the time of the announcement, Moon was still in the last half degree of Gemini, so the Canlunar had not engaged yet.

The Caplunar describes July 19 through August 15, and especially the first two weeks (July 19-August 1). This includes nearly all of the Republican National Convention (July 18-21) PLUS all of the Democratic National Convention (July 25-28). In fact, it is tempting to interpret this chart entirely in terms of these conventions (it has all the right markers), although there surely will be more happening in the world than two big prime time "product launch" extravaganzas.

The CAPLUNAR has a Moon-Sun-Uranus T-square plus an atypical Mercury-Venus conjunction on MC.

The CapQ continues the Moon-Uranus-Pluto aspects, and the CanQ continues Moon-Jupiter activity. The big CapQ story, though, is that EP conjoins ingress Mars today.

Most broadly, we are in a JUPITER-URANUS-PLUTO zone that describes this pretty well.

Ellicott City, MD "was devastated by flooding on Saturday night after more than six inches of rain fell in just two hours" (NYT). A rapid, river-like current streamed down the middle of Main Street, killing at least two people.

The Caplunar, with Venus exactly on MC, means rain; but the violence and damage attach to Capsolar Mars exactly on CapQ EP Saturday night.

Of course, we also have the ongoing solar ingress progressions: Moon-Uranus-Pluto in the Capsolar, and Moon-Jupiter in the Cansolar. Also the Moon-Uranus aspects in each lunar ingress.
