For Washington, here are the interpretive elements:

Jupiter on IC (0°56'). Among Jupiter’s manifestations are victories (e.g, major military victories and athletic wins); diplomacy and peace; and heightened prosperity, economic expansion, and a spirit of abundance, celebration, and even national pride. Rainfall is abundant (from “above average precipitation” to record-breaking cloudbursts and flooding). Events, if not purely political or economic, often center on religion, powerful inspiration, and visionary movements and moments.

Sun sq. MC (1°14'). Most often, Sun concentrates attention on a head of state, the government in general, or other local ego-hubs of authority. Therefore, we find Sun involved for increased government intervention, or at least heightened, front-and-center perception of government’s presence in people’s lives. Depending on aspects, we may see everything from the establishment of a strong, centralized, controlling government, to a people’s revolt against what they regard as excessive control. - Specific expressions of this include diverse events centered on presidents, other government figureheads, or a cultural hero or leader with a standing resembling that of a head of state. Other types of events include those that mandating government oversight or increased police presence.

Uranus on MC (3°05'). Explosion – either literal or metaphorical. Sudden rupture or eruption, shock, surprise, and explosiveness are its unique contributions. Many of these explosive, surprising events involve disclosures and revelations. Many have profound social impact to the point of defining the character of an era. - These core themes generalize through several types of destructive events, including bombs and other literal explosions, vehicular explosions and collisions, earthquakes, and building collapses. Uranian events more actively caused by people including shooting massacres and surprise attacks in general, changes in foreign relationships (including both the beginnings and endings of wars), and changes in leadership, whether through the deaths of heads of state, coups d’état, abdications, or other resignations.

Jupiter-Uranus op. (1°41'). Ideological rebellion (both peaceful and violent types). Remapping the larger social contract (liberal social and political agendas demand wider horizons, expanded opportunities, civil liberties, enhanced diversity). Inventiveness, new technology and tech vision, futurism, “good science” that engages popular imagination. Political and thought leaders show more insight, resourcefulness, and ability to understand and manage complexity. At best, collective optimism and anticipation of good change. Shadow expression: the rise and growth of fascism, or radical nationalism. (Common for bridge collapses.)

Sun-Jupiter sq. (2°37'). Intensified and highlighted Jupiter themes. Usually, positive events, with protection against deeper harm; but this is not always the case. Politics egg on current circumstances, motivated by a non-philanthropic tendency of people with money and power wanting more money and power.

This Capsolar has been especially harsh on the middle of the country. Look at the Pluto line on this map, cutting through Kansas and Nebraska. It's not just the fires that raged there recently - that would have been more appropriate for Mars, Saturn, even Uranus. No, what is Plutonian about this is that an entire way of life, centuries old, is seriously at risk and might be spiraling down.

I was glad to see the Times mentioned the hay and supplies arriving. Ranchers near here loaded up three tractor-trailers almost overnight and they weren't close to done. They heard somebody they had something in common with needed help and there wasn't any discussion. Somebody pulled a big rig up to the Grange and people started loading it. That happened at Granges all over Nebraska, Colorado and the Dakotas.
This wasn't church-sponsored, btw, although the churches are involved now. People are putting themselves short to load up the trucks and take time to go down and help.

My two cents for delineating this angular Sun-Jupiter-Uranus DC Capsolar (master chart of the year.) IMO, with Trump’s nasty personal cycles in 2017, he will find himself embroiled in a national eventful matter causing ‘inner tensions or strains’ which will be released in the fourth quarter with an eventful benefic DC Libsolar. I think there is high probability there may be some type of eventful war threat, but will be resolved with the benefic Libsolar. I see no eventful harm coming to the nation as a whole with the ‘Thank You Lord’ angular Jupiter-Uranus aspect in the Capsolar.

With DC adopting an aggressive (Trump’s angular Natal Mars) military strategy, it is now becoming obvious how DC’s Jupiter-Uranus ‘Thank You Lord’ Capsolar may manifest itself. We can count on the news services on both the left & right to paint a ‘tension’ packed scenario where Trump is going to lead us into War World 3. This will definitely sell their hyped news with high ratings. I think it a good time for us to read Ebertin’s words from the only footnoted aspect in his book, ‘Combination of Stellar Influences.’

It is often very difficult to assess the nature of Jupiter-Uranus constellations. They indicate, in most cases, inner tensions or strains which are suddenly released. At one time, the author named this configuration the “Thank You Lord” position, because people having such a configuration have repeatedly exclaimed the words “Thank You Lord” after the release of the tension or strain which they were suffering.

So, we now have the Syria/Russian situation where Trump has given them the ultimatum, stop using chemical weapons, or face our government’s military consequences. And two days after Trump met with the Prez of China, Trump has ordered our naval forces to do a 180, turning back toward the Korean Peninsula with the North Korea situation. Personally, I think the Prez of China & Trump struck some kind of deal. Iran has now joined this 'war threat fray' by telling the US, they have crossed their ‘Red Line.’ Obviously, we now can isolate this ‘inner tension or strains’ in a military war sense for the USA, with Jupiter-Uranus definitely being the main ‘theme’ of DC’s Capsolar (the master chart of the year). I think it is high probability this ‘inner tension or strains’ as a major war threat will be "released" sometime in the 4th quarter with the very benefic DC Libsolar. I think the war peak of these ‘inner tensions or strains’ will peak out in Sept-Oct. Right now, we have what is commonly called a 'war threat' game of ‘Chicken’ between major world powers to see who flinches first, or who backs down first in these war games (threats). Expect this ‘inner tension or strains’ war threats to grow and increase with the Total Solar Eclipse degree Aug 21 tightly cnj Trump’s Natal Mars and relocated DC Asc.
