While doing a spinal twist stretch resulted in a very painful muscle tear.
Last night during my QLR was the most painful sleepless night. Owie1

With Moon/MC, Sun/Desc & Mars/IC Also natal Mars/MC PSSR..Symbolism pretty right on for this ailment.

BTW, I just registered that you live in Salida. In our week-long tour of Colorado wineries a couple of years back, we were quite taken with Vino Salida Winery, which I guess is a serious "watering hole" around there. hey have some very popular, more introductory wines and a stellar selection of premium wines of excellent quality. If you haven't done a tasting there, I suggest checking them out.

Yep, familiar with the winery.....think tasting will wait awhile during this crazy virus pandemic.
as soon as I'm off my meds (spinal twist injury) I'll get a nice bottle of Malbec.
