Everyone knows the story (and will probably talk about it for years), with details still sorting themselves out. The link above describes what happened for those that don't know. The killing of George Floyd by a Minneapolis police officer (or several of them) set off a nationwide explosion of fire and protest, with many sittings experiencing riots, looting, fires, and more. - The incident is timed as lasting from about 8:08 PM to 8:28 PM, with the actual death in about the middle of that time. I use the starting time, 8:08 PM, though most of the astrological peak occurred near the end of the twenty-minute time, as Neptune was crossing IC at the location.

The event is shown especially as a Jupiter-Pluto event. While I don't reject this, I must admit it isn't fully evident exactly how this is so.

This is especially a national event, localized to no place in particular, except that the original event happened in Minnesota. I'll examine it for both the original location and Washington. First, for Minneapolis, one the of the U.S. locations that had the worst direct impact of the Capsolar:
