Is she a Libra or Virgo

Today my friend born (18 Oct. 2000 Okinowa Japan) got a tattoo in Highland New York area around 4pm-6pm. It's a Libra scale and symbol. She had given a random birthtime 2am (which would make her a virgo).

However I'm looking at her now pink wazey Latin hair (she's a tall young 6foot+ built lean Latina woman, big lips, big hips, great at makeup.) I'm thinking she could be a libra....

She likes snowboarding, MMA, weed, wine, makeup, and traveling (she isn't from any state she has been to almost all 50 states due to a military father).

Think crop tops, colorful bandanas, short shorts, sunglasses.
She is going into baking. Has a history of modeling and wants to seek this as a pass time.

Thoughts? I know this was a lot of information but I think most of it should have some relevance.

Looks like your friend was born on "one of those days" where both the Sun and Moon signs change within the same day lol. So she's either a Virgo-Taurus, Libra-Taurus or a Libra-Gemini.

On her date of birth, the Sun entered Libra a few seconds after 4:59AM. The Moon entered Gemini about 30 seconds after 9:39AM. (EDIT: Time here is in Japanese Standard Time, UTC+9)

Based off of your description of her, I'm thinking she could be a Libra-Gemini. She likes a few sports, that seems like a Gemini thing (even though Libra Sun generally isn't very keen on martial arts, she does have a military father). Wine and smoking weed seem like a Mercury/Mars sign thing (though that means she could be a Virgo Sun as well), and travelling seems like a Gemini thing too.

To me, that seems very much like a Gemini aesthetic (though more Gemini Sun than Gemini Moon, based on my observations).

Does she have any physical features commonly associated to Libra, like distinctive or beautiful eyes and/or a glaring/distinctive stare? I think I've also read that Gemini and Leo luminaries are known for their height.

Maybe read the interpretations of Virgo vs Libra Sun and Taurus vs Gemini Moon (wow, I just noticed that they're both Mercury vs Venus signs lol) and try to determine which more fits her. If you're unsure whether she's a Virgo or Libra Sun but very sure she's a Gemini Moon, then she's more likely to be a Libra-Gemini (especially if you can discern Gemini traits from Virgo). You could also ask her to read and compare them.

Though if her "random" birth time is indicative of which part of the day she was born in (in this case, before sunrise) then she probably isn't a Gemini since the Moon only entered Gemini during the day. You or your friend could also try asking her mother if she remembers when she gave birth to her.

Yes, there's obviously a lot of Venus going on here - and, as Scales showed, there is at least one (and possibly are two) Venus-ruled luminaries all day long. (In this society, one doesn't have to have an excuse for getting a Libra tattoo if born between September 23 and October 22.)

As usual, the punch line is that we need a reliable birth time. As a "military brat," she was probably born under conditions with well-recorded birth times, possibly in a military hospital. I bet it wasn't 3 AM. Maybe 3 PM instead - when you can even add an angular Venus to the mix - and probably no earlier than 5 AM.

One way to get a more accurate time period for her birth would be for her to ask her father if he was there when she was born, and if he wasn't, what was he doing when he heard.

Don't ask people to ask their parents when they were born. They need to ask for the whole story. Did you drive Mom to the hospital? or Mom how did you get to the hospital? Were you able to go in? Was Grandma there? Did you eat in the cafeteria? Did someone bring you jello? Grandpa did Dad call you from the hospital? What were you doing when the phone rang? Mom did they induce labor? How long were you in labor?

Many people don't remember clock time well. They're usually kind of excited. But they will remember the story of what they did, what they saw, who they talked to.

Yes. I'm not in range of contact with her parents but I am with her older brother. I think that based on reading the Libra-Gemini fit more accurately. I also want to note that her Venus is definitely in Scorpio and we'll as Mars in Leo. Her energies there are very easy to see (her energy is this fire from the gut feeling).

I will say that she talks about men likes she wants them but she doesn't need them. Basically they are there only when she likes.

On the note about her eyes. Yes here eyes are very intense and the eye makeup skills are some of her best

Yeah, if anyone were to contact her parents, it should be her. Your doing it would be icky. She gets to control her birth data, and and use of it, including astrological use. I also think you should let her contact her brother.

I've lived with the family actually so I'm more than close to all of them (someone's mom and brother and I smoke weed together). I actually stayed with them without her in New Mexico this time coming out to California. Going to LA today to go back east.

It gives Moon in late Taurus square Mars, Uranus most angular at 3° IC (not tied down to any particular home!), Mercury stationary 6° from Ascendant.

Does she now live in Highland? It puts Sun on WP.

I asked her brother and he asked moms. I'm really close to the family like I said. I think with her personality this chart fits very well. Also yes she does.
