Feels like you bias toward entertainers like Kaling. Is that intentional?

Re: Jun 24: Charles Whitman & Mindy Kaling
I bias away from entertainers in general, provided there is someone else as eminent. In her case, she scores well on a couple of my criteria: First, she's an incredibly powerful woman whose recent successes as a film maker are going to put her far past most actors in long-term importance. Second, she is likely to be well-known by people much younger than me, which matches my goal that when I eventually publish this catalog (as part of a larger work) it will have continued relevance for 50-100 years.
There are a few days where nobody is going to have that kind of long-term recognition factor but, when I can find it, I want to tap it, all other things being relevant.
Charles Whitman, of course, is not an entertainer. I am trying to include as many well-0timed charts of major murderers as I can.

Re: Jun 24: Charles Whitman & Mindy Kaling
My procedure is to start each day with the Wikipedia list of all births (of people documented in Wikipedia) on that date.
I visually scan the list for people I personally recognize. This is important for two reasons: (1) I will eventually use it as the primary source of famous charts that I visually want to scan to write about one or another astrological factor. If I can't find someone I immediately recognize, I'll move on to others, but, when I write my comprehensive Sidereal masterwork I know I'll never think to use them as an example because I won't know who they are. (2) If I recognize them, that at least takes them out of the "entirely obscure" category, somewhat increasing the chance others will recognize them.
I won't use sports figures unless they are otherwise important, with likely long-term (decades or centuries long) recognizability.
All other things being equal, I will pick a non-entertainer over an entertainer, just to increase the diversity of the mix. But the other person I pick should ideally (not absolutely, but ideally) have as much recognizability as the entertainer and the chance to be long-tern historically relevant.
Within this, I bias toward taking the latest-born examples I can find instead of the earliest. This is to overcome the bias that I mostly recognize people from decades past that may seem obscure to people much younger than me. There will always be obscurities to one reader or another, but I can reduce these going forward by biasing toward later births.
We have to have AA, A, or B rated birth data, and I may veto if I consider a birth source seriously questionable.
Once this is all shaken out, and I have one or more men and one or more women for the day, I'll pick based on who I think is the strongest figure in the mix. In a very few cases, I've made the decision based on who has a more interesting chart (and therefore has something interesting to examine) but mostly I try to make the decision on who to use without looking at the chart.
Aside from that (and necessarily setting aside my rule on gender equity), I am including (usually as a supplemental third figure) all U.S. presidents with reliable birth times, all the Beatles, and all the first generation primary Sidereal pioneers (and a few other astrologers that have significantly contributed to Sidereal astrology, knowingly or unknowingly).

Ok, I like your criterion.
