Or, instead, I'd have noted the Sun, exactly on MC, opposed by Saturn on IC (as part of Saturn-Pluto on IC).SteveS wrote: Mon Jul 20, 2020 5:51 am My friend's-- good friend business partner dies suddenly, Demi-SLR.

Indeed Jim. The Venus-Saturn I think symbolizes a childhood friend of over 50 years who became a business partner. Lots of love (Venus) there. It was the friend business partner who got my friend into a very profitable business---literally save his business career and turned his life around from a very depressed economic condition.Or, instead, I'd have noted the Sun, exactly on MC, opposed by Saturn on IC (as part of Saturn-Pluto on IC).

I like the symbolism. On a technical note, though, I'm not persuaded that semi-squares and sesqui-squares are operative in lunar return charts (especially when the core event can be read from 90° aspects tightly foreground).
Did the natal planets bring anything further to this?

I understand Jim. Took a quick look at his natal but remember seeing nothing outstanding.
