This Caplunar is crazy. Many have been tense, emotional, easily offended, on guard and reacting and acting more intrusive and bold in voice and probably a high probability of arguments and fights.
People seem to be guarding themselves against any Verbal threat to their self image. But at the same time there is an active tension driving a personal freedom clashing. Offense/defense and the line is drawn by what? Protection of self and family?

Fascinating observations. Are you just noticing this around you (i.e., in the area where you live?) or on a larger (national? world?) scale?

Here is my forecast of the new (August 29) Capsolar:

...Psychological bombs go off left and right: The emotional tone of this chart resembles that of living in Middle East area where literal bombs and other forms of domestic terrorism are routine in people's daily lives. I doubt this form of physical violence will literally be true in the U.S. in September, but the feeling of what is hitting us from all sides will be similar.

Uranus squares Midheaven. Uranian months are full of surprises, rapidly changing circumstances, sudden rupture, eruption, or shock, and general explosiveness. With Mars widely foreground, these surprises and shifts are more fiery, aggressive, and hurtful.

Emotional responses of "the people" are severe... harshness, hardship, sacrifice, loss, and sadness. These aspects exist worldwide... Worldwide, Moon is 0°01' from the Mars/Pluto midpoint, significantly raising the chances of fiery, explosive violence and intentional destruction. The stress of the COVID-19 pandemic is straining people's psychological resources more severely. (A wide Moon-Venus opposition likely makes the rest of the aspects operate more personally: They are emotionally cutting and costly.)

I’ve been around NWI and Chicago. The day I posted this was worse than any other day. People like to tell on each other and make a big fuss about nothing. They go out of their way to show disapproval and blame as if we aren’t all in the same boat
