Piney Point waste water breach

Post by Jupiter Sets at Dawn »

Governor of Florida issued an executive order Saturday night declaring a state of emergency in Hillsborough, Manatee, and Pinellas counties due to these counties’ proximity to the Piney Point phosphogypsum stacks. The Piney Point wastewater pond is leaking, and if it breaches it could send a 20' wall of water over the surrounding area. Efforts to reinforce the walls of the pond were unsuccessful.

At 11 AM Eastern officials sent out an emergency phone message telling residents to evacuate now.

There appears to also be a hurricane coming.

Thank you. I'll work on getting the time this morning. BBC says the announcement appeared on the family's web site "Friday morning." The notice said, "His Royal Highness passed away peacefully this morning at Windsor Castle."

The way these things go, I suspect he didn't wake this morning: I'm using a "working time" of 6 AM until I can pin down something more exact.

UPDATES:
LA Times and NY Times broke the news just after London-time noon, matching the tweet you mentioned. (Their 'breaking news' emails were both 4:13 AM PDT, or 12:13 PM BST.)
https://www.cnn.com/uk/live-news/prince ... index.html

One CNN article on this says it was last updated 10:19 AM Eastern Time, which is 5:19 AM in London, so it was no earlier than that.

I'll settle (at least for now) on: April 9, 2021, 5:00 AM BST, Windsor, England

The only solar ingress voiced or active for England was the Arisolar, lasting an entire year - and it was pretty perfect. The only lunar ingress active the Caplunar, was OK. The CapQ was barely involved, which is OK because the entire Bridge is from the Cansolar; and, in the absence of a strong Capsolar for the daily activity, we need to look at all the other three solar ingresses for the day and they all were incredibly strong with the AriQ being of great interest: Besides a partile progressed Moon-Saturn conjunction, it has a progressed Sun-Jupiter conjunction nearly to the minute, conjoined by transiting Pluto, and all of them hitting the Q angles.

Omaha Mall Shooting

Post by Jupiter Sets at Dawn »

April 17, 2021, about Noon, CDT at the Westroads Mall, Omaha, NE

Just about Noon, police were called to the Westroads Mall where two suspects opened fire. Two people were injured, a man critically, and a woman who took herself to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The two suspects fled, and about 1:15 PM, the police said this was no longer an active shooter situation. The suspects are still at large.

Unlike last time, I was not at the Mall during the shooting. :)

April (and beyond) Mass Shooting Incidents

Post by Jupiter Sets at Dawn »

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_m ... es_in_2021
That's a list of active shooter incidents since Jan 1 2021. In the description column, there's often a footnote number which often includes a time the police were first called or other relevant timing.

There are too many ASIs (Active Shooter Incidents) in the US to really keep track of here. There must be some wider aspect or sign occupation going on, but I don't know what.

Yes: Starting with the Capsolar's Mars-Saturn aspect (exact and exactly angular) dominating the entire U.S. for the current Capsolar year. As forecast at the start of the year:
Jim Eshelman wrote: Thu Nov 21, 2019 7:47 pm For the United States, the 12 months beginning January 14, 2021 are more severe than 2020.... MARS squares SATURN (0°34') with Mars 0°29' and Saturn 0°18' from an angle. Harsh, hateful, hurtful, and destructive, Mars-Saturn incites many forms of destruction and hardship: Deadly violence, fires, explosions, and financial crises are among the kinds of event it accompanies. In an annual chart, its psychological impact is worse: Mars-Saturn fosters hate and the conflict that arises from feeling powerless, shamed, and diminished. In the United States, 2021 will feel like our nation is filled with primitives competing for basic survival amidst widespread hardship.
Then read the month-by-month Bridge forecast, especially for the last month or so. The Bridge and the Arilunar marked this last week as a peak in terrible trouble.

I see this as a national event that happens to break out in different locations that are vulnerable at the time. I suggest reviewing the Bridge forecasts especially for the monthly forecasts beginning March 8 until now.

La Soufrière volcano erupted

Post by Jim Eshelman »

April 9, 2021, 8:41 AM AST, 13N20, 61W11
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/La_Soufri ... 1_activity

On the main island of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, the La Soufrière volcano, the highest peak in St. Vincent, "sent two explosive plumes of ash and smoke" upward (NY Times) causing 20,000 people to flee. (Prior eruptions were 1718, 1812, 19-02, and 1979.)

There have been signals of another eruption since December, including the start of lava flow inside the volcano forming a new dome. [Note to myself while writing this: Expect significant Cansolar involvement.] On April 8, a red alert and evacuation were declared. The first explosive eruption was the next morning, described as "a very, very loud bang," with other pulses in the afternoon. Consequences besides the evacuation order were smoke, thick ash plumes, flashes of volcanic lightning, stones falling on roofs, power outages, and interrupted water supply.

At the moment of eruption, Jupiter was precisely on Midheaven. Will this turn out to be another "big belly burp" type of eruption? - No, this was the only such Jupiter indicator. The charts turn out to be fine enough with the tell-tale quotidian angle to Mars for the eruption.

I see the worst of this potent angular Mars-Saturn aspect as manifesting sometime between May 16-July 17, with the Ingress Lunars for 5/16, 6/5, 6/13, 6/26, 7/2, 7/17, and with t Saturn forming a Paran to Capsolar Mars during this time period. But, TIME only knows for sure.

Baghdad hospital fire

Post by Jim Eshelman »

April 24, 2021, Saturday night, Baghdad, Iraq at 33N18'46'' 44E21'41''
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baghdad_hospital_fire

A massive fire (caused by exploding oxygen tanks and described as "a volcano of flames") in Ibn al-Khatib Hospital killed at least 82 people and injured at least 110 others. Within minutes of its eruption, charred bodies were being carried out of the hospital.

The hospital housed primarily Covid-19 patients in a poor area. It had no smoke detectors, sprinklers, or fire hoses.

I have not yet found a time closer than Saturday night 4/24, with the fire continuing until early 4/25 (even from Al-Jazerra). For now, I will estimate 7 PM. (This might be close, since it was when the Saturn-Uranus square crossed the local angles during a partile Moon-Mars square.)

The charts look good down to the day. Even there, the Bridge elements of the day are quite clear. The problem is that the quotidians for the day put the wrong "final seal" on it - the general period looks terrible, but the exact day looks like a happy, bright spot in the midst of a terrible time.

Ingenuity flew on Mars

Post by Jim Eshelman »

I'm curious when the recent, much-cheered first flight of the Ingenuity helicopter shows in the same way as earlier (Moon-shot era) NASA victories. The helicopter flew 30-40 seconds, 10 feet off the ground in a Martian atmosphere 1/1000th the density of Earth's atmosphere, beginning April 19, 2021, 3:34 AM EDT. The impact on Earth was just before 7 AM EDT (4 AM PDT) at Jet Propulsion Laboratory (probably the Pasadena location, though the other offices are nearby). I'm not sure whether the charts should be done for JPL, where figurative corks were popped, or for Washington, as all earlier breakthroughs during the '60s shows as U.S. national victories.

Let's start with Pasadena, where Uranus was rising and Pluto on MC as they saw the transmission. The event occurred a few days after the new Arisolar, which shows successes everywhere and, for Pasadena, said they would be Mercury successes. - The charts are good until the Day level, where they fall apart.

From the Wall Street Journal:
The head of Iraq’s civil defense, Gen. Kadhim Bohan, said the fire began in the second-floor intensive-care unit of Baghdad’s Ibn al-Khatib hospital late Saturday. The three-story building lacked an automated fire-extinguishing system, he said.

We can repeat this for Washington, where I wouldn't expect it to be the most important story of the time, given everything else that's going on.

Overall, the charts are quite horrible, even when they reflect a positive detail or two. Washington is not where a major event occurred that hour. It was, though, the day Darren Chauvin's jury began to deliberate his fate, so I suspect this outstripped the short helicopter flight in mass mind.

Year: Capsolar
The terrible Capsolar that we have all year, but which also includes a foreground partile Jupiter-Uranus square. It's at least a +1, maybe better.

Deadly Israeli stampede

Post by Jim Eshelman »

April 30, 2021, 12:40 AM EEDT, Mount Meron, Israel 32N59'51'' 35E24'44''
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2021_Israel_stampede

Dozens of people died (at least 44) and more than 300 were injured (of the 100,000 people gathered at a mountainside religious site to celebrate Lag b'Omer) in a stampede crush started by some celebrants starting to flee the scene. Witnesses said it began "in a split second" and was quickly over. Under debate is whether police barricades and blockades caused or significantly contributed to the disaster.

Timing was separately described as "late on Thursday [April 29]" and "in the early hours of April 30." The latter is probably more correct and incorporates the casual meaning of the former. Wikipedia gives 0:40 on the 30th (presumably local time, which was EEDT). A Sun-Uranus conjunction crossed IC as this happened.

It is being labelled "one of the worst peacetime tragedies in Israel's history."
