101 California Street shooting

Until last month's San Jose shooting, the deadliest shooting event in the history of the San Francisco Bay area is the 101 California Street shooting in 1993 in which nine people (including the shooter) died.

A 55-year-old "failed entrepreneur" walked into an office building at 101 California Street, went to a law office (no known connection to him other than getting a referral from them 12 years earlier), and began shooting. He committed suicide as police closed on him.

I'm curious about whether the Jupiter presence refers to a law office, or to some Jupiter motive in the shooter; however, absent clear information, I'm just scoring it as Jupiter for any shooting incident, i.e., an unfitting factor. The Week chart initially looked wrong with the strong Venus, then was turned around on the disclosure of the mundane foreground Venus-Pluto opposition. The build-up of the Bridge and then the final daily timing is stunning.
