Two examples with the same birthday - the first, a brutal murderer dubbed "The Beast of Cologne" for his rape and murder of two 11-year-old girls - the second, a woman who could have been famous for a couple of other things but is most known for being murder victim.

For Strack, don't miss his transits for October 13, 1965 when he committed his crimes.

Abigail Folger was the wealthy Folger's Coffee heiress who nonetheless became educated and spent her life doing volunteer social work for LA County Welfare Department (not unusual for her close Moon-Saturn opposition) but is best known for August 9, 1969, just past midnight in LA when she was brutally murdered by the Manson family while visiting her friend Sharon Tate. It was two days before her birthday and the outgoing SSR was indeed potent. (Don't miss the SNQ, though.) - Curiously, she was born with Sun precisely on the 8th cusp and is best known for how she died (Moon in Sagittarius in 12H opposite Saturn for a social-minded and self-sacrificing aristocrat).
