Leigh, Vivian. Nov 5, 1913, 5:16 PM LT, Darjeeling, India (B).
Irving, Clifford. Nov 5, 1930, 4:49 AM EST, New York, NY (A).
BONUS:
Rogers, Roy. Nov 5, 1911, 12:15 PM CST, Cincinnati, OH
I included Roy Rogers as a supplemental name because I was curious why he was able to succeed so abundantly that he was called "King of the Cowboys" in the era when westerns ruled. Besides Sun-Moon signs consistent with the handsome masculinity model of his ear, he has a strong Mercury-Jupiter conjunction on Midheaven - a wonderful promise of success.

Re: Nov 5: Vivian Leigh & Clifford Irving
Vivian Leigh's chart does not IMO show the serious mental illness that took over in the last decades of her life. Yes, there are minor indications - a Capricorn mean can lean that way (but by no means does every Capricorn Moon suffer paralyzing depression). Neptune is moderately foreground. OTOH, Sun is most strongly foreground, middleground Moon is in no sense afflicted (other than her debilitation by sign), etc.
Perhaps her mundoscope intensifies these minor indications. The angular Sun and Neptune are now seen to be in close mundane square on the angles. While this could manifest simply as the amazing actress, it could also amplify the potential for mental illness. The mundoscope adds Moon square Mercury, sometimes a minor indication of neurosis, "nerves" etc. Both horoscope and mundoscope have a strong Venus-Mars aspect, which amplifies the emotional nature and probably can disturb hormonal balance. - But, again, I mention that vast numbers of people have these indications (most of them here are moderate strength). The mundane close Sun-Neptune square on angles is the strongest indication for the woman who was indeed Blanche DuBois at the end.
The Novien is quite positive - not only does it emphasize her strong natal Moon-Venus, the Novien Moon and Venus tie in closely with natal Jupiter. We can't flee to the "back-up nativity" of the Novien for an answer.
So, I guess it's that close mundane Sun-Neptune square on angles for the most part - and whatever life circumstances might have exacerbated it (though the reports I can find don't suggest that there were any unusual difficulties in her life).

Re: Nov 5: Vivian Leigh & Clifford Irving
Clifford Irving is one of the great rise-high-then-fall stories of the 20th century. The main story is easily shown by his partile Jupiter-Pluto conjunction at Zenith.
I find it curious - as I look for whether the chart shows us the circumstances under which he was most likely to experience this - that the culminating conjunction falls in the 9th house, which, after all, is the house attributed to publishing.

Leigh has the Moon in the degree of Jupiter's fall, and the Sun in the degree of its own fall.

I saw the Moon and missed the Sun. This... is interesting.
