Re: Sep 29: Jerry Lee Lewis & Julia Gillard
Jerry Lee Lewis' horoscope doesn't easily show his greatness or his impact. His Virgo-Libra luminaries are accurate enough but don't begin to show his impact or the specific direction of his genius. Jupiter at MC is fine for his success, his link to music, and his effect as an entertainer, and Mars in Scorpio probably shows - in both the musical and personal sense - his "great balls of fire." His close square of Mars to stationary Venus shows his passion, while his life and character are shown at least as well by Mars' closer mundane square to Neptune.
But to get the real effect, one his to dig into things not noticeable at a glance, I think. His midpoints are quite expressive, and I recommend you dig them out. It's also hard to miss the correlation to his life and work of Sun and Moon both in 8H.
His pattern of many short, serial marriages is consistent with his stationary Venus (7H) opposite Saturn and square Mars. In fact, this is a great chart to put on the 90° dial, where one immediately sees the "unusually compelling communicator" of Moon-Mercury-Pluto, the success effect of Jupiter-MC, and the troubled love-life of Venus-Mars-Saturn - many of the details laid out at a glance.
