Marriage Rights in New Jersey

There is a pattern of accelerated marriage rights under this year's Capsolar which has Venus conjunct Pluto 2° on one side, Venus square Uranus 2° on the other side, and the whole on the angles for Washington, DC (and, more generally, the whole East Coast).

This week, a court order from a month ago became effective warranting same-sex marriage in New Jersey. Gov. Christie changed his mind and decided not to appeal the court decision.

Timing of this is under an Arilunar with... a 0°49' Sun-Moon opposition across the horizon and Uranus-Pluto again in the foreground for the nation! For Trenton, the sun is 0°25' above the Descendant, the Moon is 1°01' above the Descendant, and their midpoint is 0°18' from the horizon. Uranus square Pluto is widely foreground.
