Reported by CNN at 7:14 AM PST:
At least two people died after an explosion at a maternity hospital near Mexico City... At least 54 people are injured, including 22 children... A truck was supplying natural gas to the hospital when apparently a hose burst and the resulting leak caused an explosion, Mancera said.
An unknown number of people remain trapped inside. Best time available so far is 7:09 AM CST.

Year & Quarter: Solar Ingresses
All four solar ingresses are dormant for Mexico City.

Month: Caplunar
The Caplunar is dormant.

Week: Arilunar
Jupiter (MC 1°33')
Venus (IC 7°28'), Mercury (6°36'), Me/Ve (0°26')]
This is about as inappropriate a chart as we might expect. Staggeringly wrong.

Day: Capsolar Quotidian & Transits
CapQ MC op. t. Uranus (1°20'), s. Uranus 0°57')
t. Jupiter sq. CapQ Moon (0°11'), s. Moon (0°19')

Day: Cansolar Quotidian
CanQ Asc sq. t. Saturn (0°03'), conj. t. Venus (0°53').
-- Venus-Saturn sq. (0°56')
CanQ EP conj. s. Neptune (0°19'), t. Neptune (0°36')
CanQ Moon conj. t. Uranus (0°22'), sq. t. Pluto (0°33')
In a slew of mostly silent or failing charts, the Cansolar Quotidian nailed it.
