Philippines factory fire

May 13, 2015, Valenzuela City (on the outskirts of Manila), no time found yet (using noon), no coordinates for Venezuela City (using Manila)
72 died. The fire at Kentex Manufacturing Corp.'s rubber slipper factory raged for five hours.

As often happens with fires, it's all in the spectacularly horrible CapQ!

The earliest time I can find in the news reports is May 13, 2015 at 12:11 AM when the alarm status was raised to "Task Force Charlie;" evidently a high level of response.

I'm wondering whether this was an error, since the fire raged for 5 hours and was declared over at 7:01 PM:

So it sounds like maybe 1:00-2:00 PM is the likely range? (Running it for around noon isn't so bad an estimate, then.)

Valenzuela City is a suburb of Manila. 14.694844, 120.970289 are the coordinates of the Maysan Barangay Hall where the makeshift morgue was set up, and is a government complex, might be the town hall. The Kentex plants (two of them) are within a couple of miles.

The fire was started by sparks from welding being done on the factory's main entrance door, which ignited fumes.
The seven hour fire was out by 6:47 p.m. on Wednesday from CNN reports. The fire was upgraded to "Level Charlie" about an hour after it began.
