Suruc, Turkey bomb

A "midday" bomb explosion today in Suruc, Turkey, has killed 28 people so far, and wounded about 100 others. ("Midday" generally means noon. CNN broke the news at 4:30 AM PDT, which is 2:30 PM in Suruc. I'll tentatively use 2:00 PM.) [EDIT: Now stated as 30 dead, over 100 wounded.]

The explosion was during a rally supporting the rebuilding of a Kurdish city in Syria in the aftermath of ISIS attacks, so it surely was a terrorist attack.
