2022 NCAA BASEBALL WORLD SERIES

Post by SteveS »

Betting odds:
Texas (Austin) + 425
Stanford (Ca) + 500
Notre Dame (South Bend, Indiana) + 500
Arkansas (Fayetteville) + 550
Ole Miss (Oxford, Mississippi) + 650
Oklahoma (Norman) + 700
Auburn (Auburn, Alabama) + 700
Texas AM (College Station) + 800

Two 4 team brackets with double elimination games will produce 2 teams in the finals winning 2 games out of a possible 3 game series; June 25,26,27.
If Notre Dame makes it to the finals, I will pick Notre Dame to win based on their CapQ with transits June 27.
If Stanford makes it to the finals, I predict Stanford will lose based on their CapQs for June 25,26,27.

So... we don't know the date/time, we don't know the place, and we don't know who's playing. (Do I have that right?)

Jim, this link: https://www.ncaa.com/news/baseball/arti ... game-times
gives the two 4 team brackets for the 8 teams, pairings for the first 4 games with game times; 2 Fri 6/17 & 2 Sat 6/18; the future match-ups for the winners & losers after the first 4 games with dates since this is a double elimination series (any team has to lose twice before being eliminated) until there are 2 winners from each of the 2 brackets. These 2 final teams will play a possible 3 game series 6/25; 6/26; 6/27 (if needed) until the champion wins 2 games.
All I am doing for now with SMA is looking at the 2022 Capsolars for the 8 teams and looking at the CapQs for 6/26 & 6/27 for only winning (Jupiter) and losing (Saturn) symbolism. The city locations for all 8 teams in this World Series are listed in my first post. The entire World Series is being played in Omaha, Neb.
I am hoping (not betting) that the final two teams will be Stanford & Notre Dame for a high probability winning bet on Notre Dame.

Notre Dame upset Texas last night 7-3 to win the all important first game. Historically, 36 out of 40 teams who won their first games went on to win the Championship. Jim, note how t Sun stays partile/close conjunct South Bend's CapQ ICs for the entire World Series.

Yes, transiting Sun and Q2 MC move at almost exactly the same speed so a contact like this can last for days. By the evening of the 26th, Q2 MC is already past transiting Jupiter in South Bend, but on the 27th Q2 MC squares Jupiter: a (barely) partile Sun-Jupiter square on the angles within 1°.

South Bend, Indiana had Sun within 2° of IC in the Capsolar, so it will be in orb (or close) all year long in the quotidian.

Though we don't usually look at the CanQ if the CapQ is voiced, I do note that the CanQ for the 25th has ingress Jupiter exactly on MC but Neptune exactly square Asc. This might be deceptive optimism but is more likely "good madness."

I'm not sure what to make of transiting Mars crossing South Bend's Capsolar Dsc on 6/25 (it could go either way).

South Bend has strong "win" indications and no "lose" indications for these three days. It all depends now, on knowing who they will play.

Excellent observations Jim. I want to see if this t Sun-CapQ MC will keep the spotlight on the fans for South Bend for winning with Media attention. Next up for Notre Dame is Oklahoma (Norman) Sun June 19, app end of game 9:30 PM CDT. Notre Dame was unranked nationally going into this play-off process for the World Series,

My team that I was hoping to get into the finals for a recerational wager, Notre Dame, lost last night to Oklahoma. Now for Notre Dame to get into the finals they must win their next 3 games, very low % this will happen.

After 15 games we finally have two teams for the finals, Ole Miss (Oxford) & Oklahoma (Norman). This is a possible 3 game series with the champion winning 2 out of 3, beginning tonight June 25 at 6:00 PM CDT, and possibly ending June 27 at 9:30 PM CDT. With this format, the past has proven 80% of the time the series goes 3 games. Vegas has the betting odds for this series as an even match.

Using Jim’s Sidereal Mundane Astrology research for 50 Super Bowls I see for June 27th:

Ole Miss (Oxford):
t. Jup partile conjunct Oxford’s CapQ ASC.
t. Sun partile conjunct Oxford’s Cansolar ASC
t. Jup partile conjunct Oxford’s Cansolar Zenith
t. Jup 1,18 conjunct Oxford’s CanQ MC
Oklahoma (Norman):
t. Saturn opposes Norman’s CanQ Venus-Mars, angular.

It appears Ole Miss has good probability for winning their first National Championship in any sport in the University’s history.
