By the way, to put perspective on where "10 dead, 20 injured" falls in the range of these massacres...

Virginia Tech is the deadliest shooting by one individual (and the worst gun massacre in a school) with 33 dead and 23 injured. Sandy Hook had 26 dead (not counting the shooter and his mother). Columbine was "only" 15 dead (27 injured).

Moving away from schools, the 1991 Buddhist temple murders and the Charleston AME Church shootings each had 9 dead. Aurora had 12 dead.

I wonder how you calculated this. For the time I used 3 minutes later, Cansolar Quotidian RAMC was 198°11'. (Did you possibly use apparent solar rate? I don't think there is any time that was a standard in the whole history of Sidereal mundane astrology.)
Relocated Sibly placed around it:

Sibly Mars sets at 194°47'
That's an interesting find. I'm highly reluctant to blend national charts with these quotidians, but this is a particularly interesting example. In pure longitude (which appears to be how quotidian angles work), and using the "shortly past noon" U.S. chart, we get:

USA r. Mars on CanQ Dsc (0°10')
USA r. Sun on CanQ WP (0°18')
USA r. Saturn on CanQ MC (1°33')

Comparing the US to the western world, it is ridiculous to look at those numbers of people being killed by gunshots. Both suicides and homicides are higher in numbers when there are so many guns around.
Why would people need/want to keep guns in their homes?

Many Americans stand up and fight for this right as some kind of "freedom", even intelligent people.

Maybe the US can learn something from Europe, Australia, New Zealand and some more places in these matters, where guns are not common property.

The main flow of the mundane charts (leaving out small details along the way) went as follows:

The Capsolar was excellent - I would call it pretty much perfect, since even the weak, peripherally involved Jupiter (plus this year's universal Moon-Jupiter square) is "seasoning" that adds the religiously-motivated theme. That is, it isn't a Jupiter event per se, but it's a Mars-Saturn event with Jupiter touches.

The time is then narrowed to 8/26-10/19 by transiting Saturn square Capsolar Midheaven. Within this, the month (Caplunar) was explosive, radical, and disruptive (Uranus & Pluto).

At the end, where we usually get our best results, we got mixed to poor results. The Week chart (Arilunar) was fine enough but not starkly on-target (Venus-Mars shows inflamed passions, and sometimes shows for this, but it isn't the most obvious thing), and then the CapQ was utterly off-track (though Saturn's transit to Capsolar angles is what got us in the neighborhood). The CanQ (normally a secondary back-up to the CapQ) was excellent and on-target!

Yes, I used the RAAS as that is used in the speculum from Solar Fire. In the "Progressed Solar Return" offered in their 'Returns and Ingresses' section they use the RAMS. Which one to use is a personal choice based on experience.
