Re: Ankara bombing
In another thread, Arena observed that there is no Mars in the stuff above. This is an astute observation, since Mars is, by far, the most active factor in bombings.
In this case, the main message - the most important thing - is that this is a political attack, an assault on government, its activities, etc. We're being told that this is the more central message from the universe, rather than the particular way of delivering the assault.
Mars shows, but in the lesser methods we don't scrupulously watch.
In the AriQ, Descendant is 15°18' Aries conjunct Arisolar Mars at 15°45' Aries.

Re: Ankara bombing
Just a bit of a bonus listing on this event...
Below are numbers that reflect the relative prominence of each of the planets in Bomb events studied in SMA. These numbers come from a new version in which I've gone back and reassessed the data and the one surprise is that Neptune - which to date has seemed to avoid the angles for explosive events of all sorts - actually shows a more moderate involvement, not so suppressed.
These are clearly Mars events, and are clearly not Saturn events. The scales are tipped by the near absence of Moon-Saturn aspects compared to other planets.
Here is what these figures measure: For the sample data in the Bombs chapter of SMA, for all stack charts for each event, the planets get one point if in the immediate foreground (3° of horizon or meridian, or 2° of square Asc or MC or on EP axis), and one point if having an ecliptic or mundane conjunction, opposition, or square with Moon within 3°. Here are the combined figures:
24 Mars
22 Uranus
22 Pluto
19 Venus
19 Neptune
15 Moon
14 Sun
14 Jupiter
13 Mercury
11 Saturn
Taking only angularity, Mars and Pluto top the list, and Mercury, Moon, and Venus (the two most neutral planets, and the kindest) are at the bottom.
Taking only lunar aspects, Uranus easily tops the list with 12 (and, in fact, of all tragic events studied in the entire book, Moon-Uranus aspects are easily the most common despite the high occurrence of Moon with malefics). Moon-Saturn is nearly absent.
The most common non-lunar aspects for all the Bomb events are Uranus-Neptune, Uranus-Pluto, and Mercury-Uranus.
