October 26, 2015, 9:08:32 UT, 36N26'27", 70E43'01", Magnitude 7.5.
CNN says high casualties are expected. Effects were "really bad" in Kabul - meaning the initial impact and feeling of the quake, but essentially no damage there, it seems. Effects were felt in Pakistan and in New Delhi, India, hundreds of miles distant. (NB: I checked the charts for Kabul, they're less focused, less direct. Epicenter is the best expression of this event.)
EDIT: 398 dead, 2,536 injured (70% in Pakistan, almost 30% in Afghanistan). Over 4,000 homes destroyed in Afghanistan.

Yes, indeed. I didn't mention the event chart itself, but you're right, that Saturn is impressive, similar to how it dominated the CapQ. (Though Neptune was the real lead actor for this quake down to the last step.)

Re: Afghanistan (Hindu Kush) earthquake
Update: At least 240 killed [LATER: now 391], more than half of them in Pakistan (even though the quake was centered in Afghanistan, near Kabul). Over 4,000 homes were destroyed in Afghanistan. These numbers are expected to be low compared to the final count.
The circle of immediate impact included Kunduz. As we've observed for weeks (astrologically and otherwise), it's been a bad time to life in Kunduz.
Wikipedia has started calling this the 2015 Hindu Kush Earthquake. They claim at least 282 dead and 800 more injured, most in Pakistan.
