Leonard Nimoy, who died this morning, was born March 26, 1931, in Boston, MA. He was either born between 8:00 and 9:00 AM (his mother's statement) or 8:00 and 9:00 PM (his statement).
His genuinely good friend William Shatner has A quality birth data. Shatner was born three days earlier, on march 22, 1931, in Montreal at 4L00 AM. I mention this because, if we take the PM time Nimoy gave, Shatner's chart has an superb "mind meld" fit: Shatner's Moon is less than 1° from Nimoy's Descendant (for an 8:30 estimated time), and Shatner's Sun is less than 3° from square Nimoy's Moon. Based on this, I am heavily inclined to go with the "between 8:00 and 9:00 PM" information and use 8:30 PM as a starting time.

Re: He lived long & prospered
He died this morning at his home in Bel Air, CA, only a few hours after a new SLR. The SLR is not sharp, suggesting that the time is a bit displaced from the 8:30 "split" in the time range. Venus, Mars, and Uranus hover around the MC. Pluto is 5° below Descendant. But his own Saturn is exactly setting, putting a natal Saturn-Pluto and Mars-Saturn across the horizon roughly, so we seem in the right neighborhood.
For exactly 8:30 PM, the SQ looks like this (I'm using 7 AM, not sure of the time):
SQ Asc 8°27' Sco
t. Saturn 9°47' Sco
SQ Moon 8°58' Aqu
So he had t. Saturn sq. SQ Moon regardless, and probably had it on the angle - for a time of 8:30-8:35. Might as well stick with 8:30 PM.
