Cool pictures! In Astrological Origins, Fagan dated the astrological "charts" in the Esneh temple for 137 BC.
He wrote that three separate "new year's days" for 137 BC were marked on the temples, the third of these occurring October 4 at the heliacal rising of Spica. One could conclude that they were carved later than that date, but perhaps IMMEDIATELY after, marking the year of construction.

Gemini with horns is a new image for me, but seems on point.
Horns if I recall are lunar symbols, so then I would suspect the symbolism is noting Gemini as of a dual subconscious and unconscious nature being driven by animal instincts.
