New York’s Daily News has dubbed Perelman the king of mean. American businessman and millionaire, one of the wealthiest men in America. A shrewd businessman, he earned the title "corporate raider" in the 80s and 90s when his strategy seemed to consist of buying businesses with diverse product lines, dumping the majority of units to pay off the debt that he has never been hesitant to incur, and expanding the core business, ultimately selling if off for a huge profit.

His Natal Scorpio Mars cnj the North Point (square vertex), forming a direct midpoint with a partile Moon-Mercury 90, a most potent Natal Signature, Also his Navamsha Moon is most rvealing IMO. Moon 26,19 Lib cnj Pluto 24,33 Lib, partile 180 Saturn 25,21 Ari, partile 90 Mercury 26,22.

Ebertin says about Moon-Pluto:

The pursuit of selected objectives with fanatical zeal and with subsequent attainment without any regard for other people.

Also note his Natal partile Venus-Jupiter 180 for his wealth.

So you consider the opposition of Venus-Jupiter to be a wealth aspect?
I have an almost partile 180 Venus-Jupiter in my natal, square Pluto... I am not wealthy - yet at least

I don't think of it as a wealth aspect per se, but as one that gives an appreciation of a comfortable, even luxurious lifestyle: champagne tastes, regardless of whether one has a champagne or cheap beer budget.

One year, I did an analysis of sign placements and aspects for all world heads of state at that point in time. One of the most common aspects was Venus-Jupiter. I don't think the aspect means power or politics, but that it shows for heads of state because they get to live in nice mansions and have servants etc. People with Venus-Jupiter aspects are drawn to the champagne lifestyle.

Squares to the Vertex-AntiVertex (conjunctions to North- and/or Southpoint) within one orb have always been showing quite evident in my calculations for natal signatures. Like in Ron Perelman's natal chart.
The persons themselves do not know that the planet acts as a basic expression of their personality.

I happen to have quite a few friends who have this aspect with Pluto.(not foreground) For them it can be very confusing. A small example would be that they accept to go somewhere for advice for something difficult and then do not follow up. Eventually they revert to their default thinking.

No, not necessarily, I really don’t have enough chart examples with Venus-Jupiter aspects to prove it is a wealth aspect. It just so happened the last two chart examples I offered in this thread, John Denver and Ron Perelman both had partile Venus-Jupiter aspects and both were wealthy. I guess there could many other astrological factors to indicate wealth but I would have to think the two above cases of partile Venus-Jupiter probably has something to do with these two individuals accumulating wealth. I think Jim’s is more on target where he says:

One of the many sides of Sagittarius is raw ambition. I think Libra Moon has a tendency to bring that out. (Spielberg is another example, with a different twist.) And his Sagittarius-Libra luminaries is echoed precisely in that Venus-Jupiter opposition you mentioned.

I don't have much to add on this chart except for some areas of speculation it stirs. For one, his only foreground planet is Neptune. It's not overly obvious how this fits him, but I think I have a basic feel of it. In his own pragmatic way, he's an idealist, committed to a vision, immovable in his evangelism. (I'm also picking words that describe a side of Neptune that ties in with Sagittarius.)

He also has a curious pattern I've been looking for. Please, in what follows, don't take my "thinking out loud" for a claim or assertion, but it's an area of speculation for me. I've been looking to see if there is a pattern we can find in a focus on the 1st, 5th, and 9th cusps. This is partly inspired by the Hindu focus on 1/5/9 as inherently lucky, the seat of most of the raja yoga combinations that assert extreme blessing, title, wealth, etc. My interest in these patterns is also because certain models of angularity for eminent people make sense if there is a harmonic wave peaking three times around the prime vertical at exactly these points. Qualitatively I have no idea what this would all mean, and it doesn't exist at all in such samples as U.S. presidents in the aggregate, but I've been wanting, for some time, to see if I could discern anything distinctive about planets in these positions - proximate to the 1st, 5th, and 9th cusps Campanus, and whether there is anything that would reflect "the life of kings."

Perelman is a person somewhat living that life - wealth and power, great control of empires, plus his strong political involvements. And he does have strong focus on those three areas, with Neptune being in the rising foreground, Mercury and Venus straddling the 5th cusp, and Uranus near the 9th.

I don't know if this means anything at all. I just find it interesting that the first chart to jump out at me as having this focus is, in fact, someone who could arguably be characterized as having "the life of a king."
